■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備,用于對(dui)流動的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)態、氣態介質的(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保(bao)溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利用特殊管(guan)狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法蘭集束(shu)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi)與壓力容(rong)器(qi)組成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利用加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三(san)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)整(zheng)體,當常溫(wen)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后(hou),利用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給其預熱(re)(re)(re),使之變(bian)為液(ye)態,然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)部流,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出(chu)口(kou)處已經基(ji)本完(wan)成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與用戶的(de)(de)(de)用熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)循(xun)環的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源源不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽電加熱器廣泛應用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電調(diao)峰(feng)、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高溫(wen)加熱生產工(gong)藝。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器控制系統概述(shu):
1、有常規的(de)電氣(qi)保護(hu),如(ru)流量和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)度(du)控制的超溫(wen)報(bao)警系統,當電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內部溫(wen)度(du)超過(guo)計定值時,它將不可自(zi)動復位(wei)地(di)關閉電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi),并輸(shu)出一個觸點信(xin)號。
3、有一套獨立的低(di)液位(wei)報警,當液位(wei)低(di)于(yu)要求值時,它將自動(dong)關閉電加熱器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提(ti)供數(shu)個聯鎖接口,以便(bian)和(he)其它設備如(ru)泵、流(liu)量(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖,確保(bao)加熱器加熱時有一定(ding)流(liu)量的介質在流(liu)動,保(bao)證系統的安(an)全。
5、控制可以(yi)向DCS系(xi)統(tong)提供加熱系(xi)統(tong)處于運(yun)行、停止(zhi)、超溫報(bao)警、液位信(xin)號(hao)(低液位報(bao)警)、互(hu)鎖(suo)狀態、溫度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除溫度信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為無源觸點;可以(yi)接受DCS發出的啟動、停止(zhi)操(cao)作命令,要求的觸點容量亦(yi)為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度(du)(du)調節功能,加(jia)(jia)熱系(xi)統(tong)可以通過程序(xu)設置介質的(de)升溫曲(qu)線,并(bing)能在流量不足或停止加(jia)(jia)熱后,根(gen)據(ju)工藝要求控制泵,本控制系(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用多級控制技術,即把加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)分成幾組(zu),其中一組(zu)也(ye)就是很大的(de)一組(zu)可以無(wu)級調壓,根(gen)據(ju)出口溫度(du)(du),經運算后,控制系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動控制加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)每組(zu)的(de)通斷和(he)另一組(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)輸出功率,達到無(wu)級調功。這樣(yang),能很有效地達到提高控溫精度(du)(du)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。
