■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一種(zhong)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件結合法蘭集(ji)束的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式與壓力容器(qi)組成(cheng)一個供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti),利用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一般這(zhe)種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成(cheng)一個整(zheng)體(ti),當(dang)常溫下的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)少量電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元件給(gei)其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態(tai),然后通過(guo)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽(chou)取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)部流,進一步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口處已經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備形(xing)成(cheng)一個循(xun)環的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽(yan)電加熱(re)(re)器廣(guang)泛應用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱(re)(re)、火電調(diao)峰、化(hua)肥(fei)、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫(wen)加熱(re)(re)生(sheng)產(chan)工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系統概述:
1、有常規(gui)的電氣保護,如流量和短路保護等。
2、有一套(tao)獨立于溫度控(kong)制的超溫報警系統,當(dang)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內部溫度超過計定值時,它(ta)將不(bu)可自動復(fu)位地關閉(bi)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi),并(bing)輸出一個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一套獨立的低(di)液位(wei)報警,當液位(wei)低(di)于要求(qiu)值(zhi)時,它將自動關閉電加熱(re)器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖接口,以便和其它(ta)設備(bei)如泵、流(liu)量(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖,確保加熱(re)器加熱(re)時(shi)有一定流(liu)量的(de)介質(zhi)在(zai)流(liu)動,保證(zheng)系(xi)統的(de)安全。
5、控制可以向(xiang)DCS系(xi)統提(ti)供加熱系(xi)統處于運行、停(ting)止(zhi)、超(chao)溫報警、液位信號(hao)(低液位報警)、互鎖狀態(tai)、溫度(du)信號(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao),除(chu)溫度(du)信號(hao)外,它(ta)們均為(wei)無源觸(chu)點;可以接(jie)受DCS發(fa)出(chu)的啟(qi)動、停(ting)止(zhi)操作(zuo)命令,要求的觸(chu)點容(rong)量(liang)亦(yi)為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有(you)(you)PID溫度調節功能(neng),加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)系統(tong)(tong)可以通過(guo)程序(xu)設置(zhi)介質的(de)升溫曲線,并(bing)能(neng)在流量不足或停止加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)后,根據工(gong)藝要求控(kong)(kong)制泵,本控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)采用多(duo)級(ji)控(kong)(kong)制技術(shu),即把加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器分(fen)成幾組(zu),其中一組(zu)也就(jiu)是很大的(de)一組(zu)可以無級(ji)調壓(ya),根據出(chu)口溫度,經運算(suan)后,控(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器每組(zu)的(de)通斷和另一組(zu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器的(de)輸出(chu)功率,達到無級(ji)調功。這(zhe)樣,能(neng)很有(you)(you)效地(di)達到提高控(kong)(kong)溫精(jing)度的(de)目(mu)的(de)。
