■熔鹽電加熱器應用范(fan)圍:
熔鹽電加(jia)熱器廣(guang)泛應用于儲能、儲熱、火電調峰、化(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫(wen)加(jia)熱生(sheng)產(chan)工(gong)藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱(re)器控(kong)制系統概(gai)述:
1、有常規(gui)的電氣(qi)保(bao)護,如流量和短路(lu)保(bao)護等。
2、有一套獨立于溫度(du)控制的超溫報警(jing)系統,當電加熱器(qi)內(nei)部(bu)溫度(du)超過計(ji)定值時(shi),它將(jiang)不可自動復位(wei)地關閉電加熱器(qi),并輸出(chu)一個觸點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低液(ye)位報警,當液(ye)位低于(yu)要(yao)求值(zhi)時(shi),它將自動(dong)關閉電加(jia)熱器,并輸出(chu)一(yi)個信號。
4、提(ti)供數(shu)個聯鎖(suo)接口,以便和其它設(she)備如泵、流(liu)量(壓力)開關等(deng)裝置聯鎖(suo),確(que)保加(jia)熱器(qi)加(jia)熱時有(you)一定流(liu)量的(de)介質(zhi)在(zai)流(liu)動(dong),保證系統的(de)安(an)全。
5、控制可以(yi)(yi)向DCS系(xi)(xi)統提供加(jia)熱系(xi)(xi)統處于運行、停止、超溫(wen)報警、液位信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(低液位報警)、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信(xin)(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為無(wu)源觸點;可以(yi)(yi)接受DCS發出的啟動、停止操作命(ming)令,要求的觸點容(rong)量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)(du)調(diao)節功(gong)(gong)能,加熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)可以(yi)通過程序設(she)置(zhi)介(jie)質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲線,并能在流量不(bu)足或停止加熱(re)后(hou),根據(ju)工藝要(yao)求控(kong)制(zhi)泵,本控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用多(duo)級控(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加熱(re)器(qi)分(fen)成幾組(zu),其中一組(zu)也(ye)就是(shi)很大的(de)(de)一組(zu)可以(yi)無級調(diao)壓(ya),根據(ju)出口溫(wen)度(du)(du),經運算后(hou),控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動控(kong)制(zhi)加熱(re)器(qi)每(mei)組(zu)的(de)(de)通斷和(he)另(ling)一組(zu)加熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出功(gong)(gong)率,達(da)到無級調(diao)功(gong)(gong)。這樣(yang),能很有效(xiao)地達(da)到提高(gao)控(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)(du)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
