■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)于(yu)對流動的(de)(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介(jie)質的(de)(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器利用(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式與壓力容器組成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利用(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質。一(yi)般(ban)這(zhe)種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)整(zheng)體,當常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后(hou),利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件給(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態(tai),然(ran)后(hou)通(tong)過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器內部流,進一(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到(dao)達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器出(chu)口處已(yi)經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備形成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源源不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工(gong)藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)。
■熔鹽(yan)電(dian)加熱器(qi)應用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)(dian)加熱器廣泛應用(yong)于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電(dian)(dian)調峰、化肥、三聚(ju)氫胺、氧化鋁(lv)等高溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器(qi)控制系統概述:
1、有常規的電氣保護(hu),如流量和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有一套獨立于溫度控制的超溫報警(jing)系統,當電加熱(re)器內(nei)部溫度超過計定值時,它將不可自動復位地(di)關閉電加熱(re)器,并輸出一個(ge)觸點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨(du)立(li)的低液位(wei)報(bao)警(jing),當液位(wei)低于要求值(zhi)時(shi),它將自(zi)動關閉電加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個(ge)信(xin)號。
4、提供數個聯鎖(suo)接口(kou),以便和其它設備(bei)如泵(beng)、流量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖(suo),確保加熱(re)器加熱(re)時有一定(ding)流量(liang)的(de)介質在(zai)流動(dong),保證系統的(de)安(an)全。
5、控制(zhi)可以向DCS系統提供加熱(re)系統處于運行、停止、超(chao)溫報警(jing)、液(ye)(ye)位(wei)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(低液(ye)(ye)位(wei)報警(jing))、互鎖狀態、溫度(du)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao)(hao),除溫度(du)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)外,它們均為無源觸點(dian)(dian);可以接受DCS發出的啟動、停止操作命令,要(yao)求的觸點(dian)(dian)容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度調節(jie)功(gong)能(neng)(neng),加(jia)熱系統(tong)可(ke)以通過程序設置(zhi)介質的(de)升溫曲線,并能(neng)(neng)在流量(liang)不足或停止加(jia)熱后(hou),根(gen)據工藝要求(qiu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制泵,本控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)采用多級控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制技術,即把加(jia)熱器分成幾(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)也就是很大的(de)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)可(ke)以無(wu)級調壓,根(gen)據出口溫度,經運算(suan)后(hou),控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)自動控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制加(jia)熱器每組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)通斷和(he)另一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)加(jia)熱器的(de)輸(shu)出功(gong)率(lv),達(da)到無(wu)級調功(gong)。這樣,能(neng)(neng)很有效地達(da)到提高控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)溫精度的(de)目的(de)。
