熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動的液態、氣(qi)態介質(zhi)的升溫、保溫、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件結(jie)合法蘭集(ji)束的形(xing)式與(yu)壓力容器(qi)組成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二(er)元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或(huo)三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一(yi)(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個整體(ti),當常溫下的硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內(nei)的少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件給其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之(zhi)變為液態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)部流,進一(yi)(yi)(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出(chu)口(kou)處已經(jing)基本(ben)完成加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的目(mu)的,并(bing)與(yu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備形(xing)成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個循環的整體(ti),源源不斷的給其加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝(yi)的要求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽電加熱器(qi)廣泛應用于儲能、儲熱、火電調峰、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫加熱生(sheng)產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統概述:
1、有常規(gui)的電氣保護(hu),如流量和(he)短路(lu)保護(hu)等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立(li)于溫(wen)度(du)控制的(de)超溫(wen)報警系統,當電加熱器內部溫(wen)度(du)超過計定值時,它(ta)將不(bu)可(ke)自動復位地關閉電加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一套(tao)獨立的低液位報警,當液位低于(yu)要求值時,它將自(zi)動關閉電加熱器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提供數個(ge)聯鎖(suo)(suo)接口,以便(bian)和其它設(she)備(bei)如泵、流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝(zhuang)置聯鎖(suo)(suo),確保(bao)加熱器加熱時有(you)一定流(liu)(liu)量(liang)的介質在流(liu)(liu)動,保(bao)證(zheng)系(xi)統(tong)的安全。
5、控制可以向(xiang)DCS系統提供(gong)加熱系統處(chu)于運行、停(ting)止(zhi)、超(chao)溫報警、液(ye)位信(xin)號(hao)(低液(ye)位報警)、互鎖狀(zhuang)態、溫度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除(chu)溫度信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均(jun)為無源觸點(dian);可以接受DCS發出的(de)啟(qi)動、停(ting)止(zhi)操(cao)作命令,要求的(de)觸點(dian)容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)調(diao)節功能(neng),加(jia)熱(re)(re)系統可以通(tong)過程(cheng)序設置介質(zhi)的(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲線,并能(neng)在流(liu)量不足(zu)或停止加(jia)熱(re)(re)后,根(gen)據工藝要(yao)求(qiu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)泵,本控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統采(cai)用多級控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技(ji)術(shu),即(ji)把加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)分成幾組(zu),其中一組(zu)也(ye)就是很(hen)大的(de)(de)一組(zu)可以無級調(diao)壓,根(gen)據出口(kou)溫(wen)度(du),經運算(suan)后,控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統自動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)每(mei)組(zu)的(de)(de)通(tong)斷和另(ling)一組(zu)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出功率,達(da)到無級調(diao)功。這樣,能(neng)很(hen)有效地達(da)到提高控(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
