■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是一種電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)(de)液態、氣態介質的(de)(de)(de)升溫、保(bao)溫、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法蘭(lan)集束的(de)(de)(de)形式與(yu)壓力容器組(zu)成一個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三(san)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一般這種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組(zu)成一個整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),當常溫下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中(zhong)以后,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之(zhi)變為(wei)液態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)(nei)部流,進一步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處已經基本(ben)完成加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與(yu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備形成一個循環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足(zu)工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器(qi)應用范圍:
熔鹽電加熱器廣泛應(ying)用于儲能(neng)、儲熱、火電調峰、化肥、三(san)聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫(wen)加熱生產工(gong)藝(yi)。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱(re)器控制(zhi)系統概述:
1、有(you)常規(gui)的電氣保護(hu),如流量和短(duan)路(lu)保護(hu)等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫度(du)控制的超溫報警(jing)系統(tong),當電加(jia)熱器(qi)內部溫度(du)超過計定(ding)值時(shi),它將不(bu)可自動復位地關閉電加(jia)熱器(qi),并輸(shu)出一(yi)個觸(chu)點信號(hao)。
3、有一(yi)(yi)套獨(du)立的低液位報警,當(dang)液位低于要求值時,它將自動關閉電加熱(re)器,并(bing)輸(shu)出一(yi)(yi)個信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖接口,以便和其它設(she)備如泵、流(liu)量(liang)(壓(ya)力)開關等裝置聯鎖,確保加熱器(qi)加熱時有一定流(liu)量(liang)的(de)介質在流(liu)動,保證系(xi)統的(de)安全。
5、控制可(ke)以(yi)向(xiang)DCS系統(tong)提供加熱系統(tong)處于運行(xing)、停止、超(chao)溫報(bao)警、液位(wei)信(xin)號(低(di)液位(wei)報(bao)警)、互(hu)鎖狀態、溫度信(xin)號(4~20mA)等信(xin)號,除溫度信(xin)號外(wai),它(ta)們(men)均為無源觸(chu)點;可(ke)以(yi)接受DCS發(fa)出的(de)啟動、停止操作(zuo)命令,要求的(de)觸(chu)點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)(you)PID溫度(du)(du)調節功能,加(jia)(jia)熱系統(tong)可(ke)以(yi)通過程(cheng)序設(she)置(zhi)介質的升溫曲(qu)線,并能在流量(liang)不足或(huo)停止加(jia)(jia)熱后,根據工藝要求控制泵,本控制系統(tong)采用多(duo)級(ji)(ji)控制技術,即(ji)把加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)分成(cheng)幾組(zu),其中一組(zu)也就是很大(da)的一組(zu)可(ke)以(yi)無級(ji)(ji)調壓(ya),根據出(chu)口溫度(du)(du),經運算后,控制系統(tong)自動控制加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)每組(zu)的通斷和另一組(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)的輸出(chu)功率,達到無級(ji)(ji)調功。這樣,能很有(you)(you)效地(di)達到提高控溫精度(du)(du)的目的。
