熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)一(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)液(ye)態(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)介質的(de)(de)升(sheng)溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)結合(he)法蘭集束的(de)(de)形式與(yu)壓力(li)容器(qi)(qi)(qi)組成一(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)(ti),利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成一(yi)個整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)(ti),當常溫下的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后,利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)少(shao)量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)給其預熱(re)(re)(re),使之變為液(ye)態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內(nei)部流,進(jin)一(yi)步給熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出口處已經(jing)基本完(wan)成加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并與(yu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設備形成一(yi)個循(xun)環的(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti)(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從(cong)而滿足(zu)工藝的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電加熱器(qi)應(ying)用范圍(wei):
熔鹽電加(jia)熱器廣(guang)泛應用于(yu)儲能、儲熱、火電調峰、化(hua)肥、三(san)聚(ju)氫胺、氧(yang)化(hua)鋁等高溫加(jia)熱生產工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱(re)器控制系統概述:
1、有(you)常規的電氣保護(hu),如流量(liang)和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有一套獨(du)立于(yu)溫(wen)度控制(zhi)的(de)超(chao)溫(wen)報警系統,當電(dian)加熱(re)器內部溫(wen)度超(chao)過計定值(zhi)時,它將不(bu)可自動復位(wei)地關(guan)閉電(dian)加熱(re)器,并(bing)輸出一個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低液位(wei)報警,當液位(wei)低于要求(qiu)值時,它(ta)將(jiang)自(zi)動關閉電加(jia)熱器,并輸出(chu)一(yi)個(ge)信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖(suo)接口,以便和其它設備如泵、流量(壓力)開關等(deng)裝置(zhi)聯鎖(suo),確保(bao)加熱器加熱時(shi)有一定流量的(de)介(jie)質在(zai)流動,保(bao)證系(xi)統的(de)安全。
5、控制可(ke)以向DCS系統提供加熱系統處于運(yun)行、停(ting)止、超(chao)溫報警、液位信(xin)號(低液位報警)、互鎖狀態(tai)、溫度信(xin)號(4~20mA)等信(xin)號,除溫度信(xin)號外,它們均為(wei)無源觸(chu)點;可(ke)以接受DCS發出的啟動、停(ting)止操作命令(ling),要(yao)求的觸(chu)點容量亦(yi)為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫度(du)(du)(du)調節功(gong)(gong)能,加(jia)熱系統(tong)可以(yi)通過程(cheng)序設(she)置介質的(de)(de)升溫曲線,并能在流量不足或停止加(jia)熱后,根(gen)據(ju)工藝(yi)要求(qiu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制泵(beng),本控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)采(cai)用多級控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制技術,即(ji)把加(jia)熱器(qi)分成幾(ji)組(zu)(zu),其(qi)中一(yi)組(zu)(zu)也就(jiu)是很大(da)的(de)(de)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)可以(yi)無(wu)(wu)級調壓,根(gen)據(ju)出(chu)口溫度(du)(du)(du),經運算后,控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)自動控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制加(jia)熱器(qi)每(mei)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)(zu)加(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)功(gong)(gong)率,達(da)到無(wu)(wu)級調功(gong)(gong)。這樣,能很有(you)效地達(da)到提高控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)溫精(jing)度(du)(du)(du)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
