■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)種電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設備(bei)(bei),用(yong)于對流動的液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質的升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)利用(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法(fa)蘭集束的形(xing)式與(yu)壓力容器(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個供(gong)熱(re)(re)整體,利用(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個整體,當常溫下的硝鹽(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內的少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件給其預(yu)熱(re)(re),使(shi)之(zhi)變為液態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內部(bu)流,進一(yi)步(bu)給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)出(chu)口(kou)處已經基本完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的目的,并與(yu)用(yong)戶(hu)的用(yong)熱(re)(re)設備(bei)(bei)形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個循環的整體,源源不斷的給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的要(yao)求。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)應(ying)用范圍:
熔鹽(yan)電加(jia)熱(re)器廣泛應(ying)用于儲(chu)(chu)能、儲(chu)(chu)熱(re)、火電調(diao)峰(feng)、化(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫(wen)加(jia)熱(re)生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系統(tong)概述:
1、有常規的電(dian)氣(qi)保護,如(ru)流(liu)量(liang)和短路保護等。
2、有(you)一套獨立于(yu)溫(wen)度控制的超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警系統,當電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器內部(bu)溫(wen)度超(chao)過計定值(zhi)時(shi),它(ta)將不可自動復位地關(guan)閉電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器,并(bing)輸出一個觸點信(xin)號(hao)。
3、有(you)一套獨(du)立的低(di)液位報警(jing),當(dang)液位低(di)于要求值時,它(ta)將自動(dong)關閉(bi)電加(jia)熱器,并輸出一個信(xin)號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接(jie)口,以便和其它設備如泵、流(liu)(liu)量(壓力)開關等裝置(zhi)聯(lian)鎖,確保加熱(re)器加熱(re)時有一定流(liu)(liu)量的(de)介質在流(liu)(liu)動(dong),保證(zheng)系統的(de)安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系(xi)統提供加熱系(xi)統處于運行(xing)、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報警(jing)、液位(wei)信(xin)號(hao)(低液位(wei)報警(jing))、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為(wei)(wei)無源觸點;可以接受(shou)DCS發出的(de)啟動、停止(zhi)操作命令,要求的(de)觸點容(rong)量亦為(wei)(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度(du)調節功(gong)(gong)能,加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統可以通過程序(xu)設置介質的(de)升溫曲線,并(bing)能在流量不足(zu)或停止加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)后,根(gen)據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵,本(ben)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統采用多級(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)分成(cheng)幾(ji)組,其中一組也就(jiu)是很大的(de)一組可以無級(ji)調壓,根(gen)據出口溫度(du),經(jing)運算后,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)每組的(de)通斷(duan)和另(ling)一組加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)輸出功(gong)(gong)率,達到無級(ji)調功(gong)(gong)。這(zhe)樣,能很有效地達到提高控(kong)(kong)溫精(jing)度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
