■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽電(dian)(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)是一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)加熱(re)設備,用于對流(liu)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)液(ye)(ye)態(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)介質的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保(bao)溫(wen)、加熱(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽電(dian)(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)利(li)用特殊管狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式與(yu)壓力容器(qi)組成一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)供熱(re)整體,利(li)用加熱(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽或(huo)三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽作為加熱(re)介質。一(yi)般這種(zhong)加熱(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽罐(guan)組成一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)整體,當(dang)常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽倒(dao)入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽罐(guan)中以后,利(li)用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽罐(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)給其預熱(re),使之變(bian)為液(ye)(ye)態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽往(wang)加熱(re)器(qi)內部(bu)流(liu),進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽增(zeng)溫(wen),到(dao)達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽加熱(re)器(qi)出(chu)口處已經基本完(wan)成加熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),并與(yu)用戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)用熱(re)設備形(xing)成一(yi)個(ge)(ge)(ge)循環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)整體,源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)給其加熱(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器應用(yong)范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加熱器廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于(yu)儲(chu)能(neng)、儲(chu)熱、火電(dian)調峰(feng)、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器(qi)控制系統概述:
1、有常規的電氣保護(hu),如流量和短路(lu)保護(hu)等(deng)。
2、有(you)一(yi)套獨立于(yu)溫度控(kong)制的超溫報(bao)警系(xi)統(tong),當電加熱(re)器(qi)內(nei)部(bu)溫度超過計定值時,它(ta)將(jiang)不可自動復位(wei)地關(guan)閉電加熱(re)器(qi),并(bing)輸出一(yi)個觸點(dian)信(xin)號。
3、有一套獨立的低液位報(bao)警,當液位低于要(yao)求(qiu)值時,它將自動(dong)關閉電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提供(gong)數個聯鎖接(jie)口,以便和其它(ta)設(she)備(bei)如(ru)泵、流量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖,確保加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定流量(liang)的(de)(de)介質在流動,保證系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)安全。
5、控制(zhi)可以向DCS系統(tong)提供加熱系統(tong)處于運行、停止、超溫(wen)報警(jing)、液(ye)位信號(低液(ye)位報警(jing))、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度信號(4~20mA)等信號,除溫(wen)度信號外,它們均為無源(yuan)觸(chu)(chu)點;可以接受DCS發(fa)出的(de)啟動、停止操作(zuo)命令,要求的(de)觸(chu)(chu)點容(rong)量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫度調節功能(neng)(neng),加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱系統(tong)(tong)可以通(tong)(tong)過程序設置(zhi)介(jie)質的(de)(de)升溫曲線,并能(neng)(neng)在(zai)流量(liang)不(bu)足或停止加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱后(hou)(hou),根(gen)據(ju)工藝要(yao)求控(kong)制泵,本控(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)采用多級(ji)控(kong)制技術,即把(ba)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)分成幾組(zu),其中一(yi)(yi)組(zu)也就是很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)組(zu)可以無級(ji)調壓,根(gen)據(ju)出(chu)口(kou)溫度,經運算(suan)后(hou)(hou),控(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)制加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)每組(zu)的(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)斷(duan)和另一(yi)(yi)組(zu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)功率,達到無級(ji)調功。這樣,能(neng)(neng)很(hen)有(you)效(xiao)地(di)達到提高控(kong)溫精度的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。
