■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)介質的(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保(bao)溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件結合(he)法蘭集束(shu)的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi)與(yu)壓力容器(qi)組成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)整(zheng)(zheng)體,利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般這(zhe)種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式(shi)與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)整(zheng)(zheng)體,當常(chang)溫(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件給(gei)其預熱(re)(re),使之變為液態(tai),然(ran)后通過熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)(nei)部流,進一(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)出口處已經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)循環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)體,源(yuan)(yuan)源(yuan)(yuan)不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),從而滿(man)足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用范圍(wei):
熔鹽電加熱(re)(re)器廣(guang)泛應用于儲能、儲熱(re)(re)、火電調峰、化(hua)肥(fei)、三聚氫(qing)胺、氧化(hua)鋁等(deng)高(gao)溫加熱(re)(re)生產工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加熱器(qi)控制系統概述(shu):
1、有常(chang)規(gui)的(de)電(dian)氣(qi)保護,如流量和短路保護等。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)度控制的超(chao)溫(wen)報警系(xi)統,當電(dian)加(jia)熱器內部溫(wen)度超(chao)過計(ji)定值時(shi),它(ta)將不可自動復位地關閉電(dian)加(jia)熱器,并輸出一個觸點信號。
3、有一(yi)(yi)套獨立的低(di)液(ye)位報警,當液(ye)位低(di)于(yu)要求值時,它將自動關閉電加(jia)熱器(qi),并輸出一(yi)(yi)個(ge)信號。
4、提供數個(ge)聯(lian)鎖(suo)接口,以(yi)便和(he)其它(ta)設備(bei)如泵、流量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯(lian)鎖(suo),確保加熱器(qi)加熱時有(you)一定流量(liang)的介質在流動(dong),保證系統的安(an)全。
5、控(kong)制可(ke)以向(xiang)DCS系統(tong)(tong)提(ti)供(gong)加熱系統(tong)(tong)處于運行、停止、超溫(wen)(wen)(wen)報警(jing)(jing)、液位信號(低液位報警(jing)(jing))、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度信號(4~20mA)等(deng)信號,除溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度信號外(wai),它們(men)均為無(wu)源觸點(dian);可(ke)以接受DCS發出的啟動、停止操(cao)作命令,要求的觸點(dian)容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)調(diao)節功(gong)能,加(jia)熱(re)系統(tong)可(ke)以(yi)通過程(cheng)序設置介質的(de)升溫(wen)曲線,并能在(zai)流量不足(zu)或停止加(jia)熱(re)后,根據工(gong)藝要求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)采用多級(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)分成幾組(zu)(zu),其中(zhong)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)也就(jiu)是很大(da)的(de)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)可(ke)以(yi)無級(ji)調(diao)壓,根據出(chu)(chu)口溫(wen)度(du),經(jing)運算后,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)每(mei)組(zu)(zu)的(de)通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)(zu)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)功(gong)率,達到無級(ji)調(diao)功(gong)。這樣,能很有效地(di)達到提高控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
