熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動(dong)的(de)(de)液態、氣態介質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器利用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法(fa)蘭集束的(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi)與壓(ya)力容器組成一(yi)個供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成一(yi)個整體(ti),當常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器內部流,進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處已經基本完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備形(xing)成一(yi)個循環(huan)的(de)(de)整體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而(er)滿(man)足工藝的(de)(de)要求。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器應用范圍(wei):
熔鹽電加(jia)熱器廣(guang)泛(fan)應(ying)用于(yu)儲能、儲熱、火電調峰、化肥、三聚氫胺(an)、氧(yang)化鋁等高溫加(jia)熱生(sheng)產(chan)工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加熱器控制系(xi)統(tong)概(gai)述:
1、有(you)常(chang)規(gui)的電(dian)氣保護,如流量和(he)短路(lu)保護等(deng)。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)度(du)控制的超溫(wen)報警系統,當電加熱器內部溫(wen)度(du)超過計定值時,它將不可自動復位(wei)地關閉電加熱器,并輸出一個(ge)觸點(dian)信號。
3、有(you)一套獨立的低液位報(bao)警,當液位低于(yu)要求值時(shi),它將自動關閉電加熱器(qi),并輸出一個信號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖(suo)接口(kou),以(yi)便和其(qi)它設備(bei)如泵、流量(壓(ya)力)開(kai)關等裝(zhuang)置聯(lian)鎖(suo),確保(bao)加熱(re)器加熱(re)時有一定流量的介質在流動,保(bao)證系統的安全。
5、控制可以(yi)向DCS系(xi)統提供加熱系(xi)統處于運行、停止、超溫(wen)報警(jing)、液位(wei)信號(hao)(低液位(wei)報警(jing))、互(hu)鎖狀態、溫(wen)度信號(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao),除(chu)溫(wen)度信號(hao)外,它們(men)均為無(wu)源觸點;可以(yi)接受DCS發出的(de)啟動、停止操作命令,要求的(de)觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度調節(jie)功(gong)能(neng),加熱(re)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統可(ke)以(yi)通過程序設(she)置介質(zhi)的(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲(qu)線(xian),并能(neng)在流量(liang)不足或停止加熱(re)后,根(gen)據(ju)工(gong)藝要求(qiu)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)泵,本(ben)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統采用多級控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu),即(ji)把(ba)加熱(re)器分成(cheng)幾組(zu)(zu),其中一組(zu)(zu)也就是很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)一組(zu)(zu)可(ke)以(yi)無級調壓,根(gen)據(ju)出口溫(wen)度,經運算后,控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統自動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)加熱(re)器每組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)通斷和另一組(zu)(zu)加熱(re)器的(de)(de)輸出功(gong)率(lv),達(da)到無級調功(gong)。這樣,能(neng)很(hen)有效(xiao)地達(da)到提高控(kong)溫(wen)精(jing)度的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
