熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)于(yu)對流(liu)動的(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質(zhi)的(de)升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)(wen)、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器利(li)(li)(li)用(yong)特殊管(guan)狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)結(jie)合法(fa)蘭(lan)集束的(de)形式與(yu)壓力容(rong)器組成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整體,利(li)(li)(li)用(yong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一(yi)(yi)般這(zhe)種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)整體,當常溫(wen)(wen)(wen)下的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以(yi)后,利(li)(li)(li)用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)給其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re),使之(zhi)變為(wei)(wei)液態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器內部(bu)流(liu),進一(yi)(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen)(wen)(wen),到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器出口處已經基本(ben)完成加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)目(mu)的(de),并與(yu)用(yong)戶(hu)的(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)循(xun)環的(de)整體,源(yuan)源(yuan)不(bu)斷的(de)給其(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿足(zu)工藝的(de)要求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器應用范圍:
熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火(huo)電(dian)調峰、化(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫加(jia)熱生產工藝(yi)。
■熔鹽電加熱器控(kong)制系統概述(shu):
1、有常規(gui)的(de)電氣保護,如流量(liang)和短路保護等(deng)。
2、有一套獨立于溫度(du)控(kong)制(zhi)的超(chao)溫報警系(xi)統(tong),當電加熱器(qi)內部(bu)溫度(du)超(chao)過計定值時(shi),它將(jiang)不可自動復位地關(guan)閉電加熱器(qi),并(bing)輸出一個觸(chu)點(dian)信號。
3、有(you)一套獨立的(de)低液位報警(jing),當液位低于(yu)要求值時,它(ta)將自(zi)動關(guan)閉(bi)電加熱器(qi),并(bing)輸(shu)出一個信(xin)號。
4、提(ti)供數(shu)個聯鎖(suo)接口,以便和(he)其它(ta)設備如泵(beng)、流(liu)量(壓力)開關等裝置(zhi)聯鎖(suo),確(que)保(bao)加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定流(liu)量的(de)介質在流(liu)動(dong),保(bao)證系統的(de)安全。
5、控制可(ke)以向DCS系(xi)統提供加熱系(xi)統處于運行、停止、超溫報警(jing)、液位信(xin)號(低液位報警(jing))、互鎖狀(zhuang)態、溫度信(xin)號(4~20mA)等信(xin)號,除溫度信(xin)號外,它們均為無源觸(chu)(chu)點;可(ke)以接(jie)受(shou)DCS發(fa)出(chu)的啟動(dong)、停止操作命令,要(yao)求的觸(chu)(chu)點容量(liang)亦為220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有PID溫(wen)度調節功能,加(jia)(jia)熱系(xi)統可以通過程序設置(zhi)介(jie)質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲線(xian),并(bing)能在流量不(bu)足或(huo)停止加(jia)(jia)熱后(hou),根(gen)據(ju)工藝要求控制(zhi)(zhi)泵,本控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統采用多級控制(zhi)(zhi)技術,即(ji)把加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)分成幾組(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)也就(jiu)是很大(da)的(de)(de)一(yi)組(zu)可以無級調壓,根(gen)據(ju)出(chu)口溫(wen)度,經運(yun)算(suan)后(hou),控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統自動控制(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)每組(zu)的(de)(de)通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)功率,達(da)到無級調功。這樣,能很有效地(di)達(da)到提高控溫(wen)精(jing)度的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
