■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)于對(dui)流動的液態、氣態介(jie)質(zhi)的升溫(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)利用(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)結合法蘭集束的形式與(yu)壓力(li)容器(qi)(qi)(qi)組成(cheng)一(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利用(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質(zhi)。一(yi)般這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成(cheng)一(yi)個整(zheng)體,當常溫(wen)(wen)下的硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的少量(liang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)給其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為(wei)液態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內部流,進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen)(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出口(kou)處(chu)已經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的目的,并與(yu)用(yong)戶的用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形成(cheng)一(yi)個循環的整(zheng)體,源源不(bu)斷(duan)的給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的要求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器(qi)應(ying)用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器廣(guang)泛(fan)應用于(yu)儲能(neng)、儲熱(re)、火(huo)電(dian)調峰(feng)、化(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高(gao)溫加(jia)熱(re)生產工(gong)藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制(zhi)系(xi)統概述:
1、有常規的(de)電氣保護,如流量和(he)短路保護等。
2、有(you)一(yi)套獨(du)立于溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)的超溫(wen)(wen)報警系統(tong),當(dang)電加熱(re)器內(nei)部溫(wen)(wen)度(du)超過計定值(zhi)時,它將(jiang)不(bu)可自動(dong)復位(wei)地關閉(bi)電加熱(re)器,并輸出一(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一(yi)套(tao)獨立(li)的低液位(wei)報警(jing),當液位(wei)低于要求值時,它(ta)將自動關(guan)閉電加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個信號(hao)。
4、提供(gong)數個聯(lian)鎖接口,以便(bian)和其它設(she)備如泵(beng)、流量(壓(ya)力)開(kai)關等裝置聯(lian)鎖,確保加熱器(qi)加熱時有(you)一定流量的介質在流動,保證系統(tong)的安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系統提供加(jia)熱系統處(chu)于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報(bao)警、液位信(xin)號(低液位報(bao)警)、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(4~20mA)等(deng)信(xin)號,除溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號外,它們均為無(wu)源(yuan)觸(chu)點(dian);可以接(jie)受DCS發出的(de)啟(qi)動、停止(zhi)操(cao)作命令(ling),要求的(de)觸(chu)點(dian)容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度(du)調(diao)節功(gong)能,加(jia)熱系統可以通(tong)過程序設置介質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫曲(qu)線(xian),并能在流量不足或停止加(jia)熱后,根據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵,本控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統采用多級控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加(jia)熱器分成幾組,其中一(yi)組也就是很大的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)組可以無級調(diao)壓,根據出(chu)口(kou)溫度(du),經運(yun)算后,控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統自動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)熱器每組的(de)(de)(de)(de)通(tong)斷和另一(yi)組加(jia)熱器的(de)(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)功(gong)率,達到(dao)無級調(diao)功(gong)。這樣,能很有效地達到(dao)提(ti)高控(kong)(kong)(kong)溫精(jing)度(du)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de)。
