熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)種(zhong)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)(yong)于(yu)對流動的(de)液態(tai)(tai)、氣態(tai)(tai)介質(zhi)的(de)升溫(wen)、保(bao)溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器利(li)用(yong)(yong)特(te)殊(shu)管狀電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法蘭集束的(de)形式(shi)與壓力容器組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一(yi)般這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)個整體(ti),當(dang)常溫(wen)下的(de)硝鹽(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐中以后(hou),利(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐內的(de)少量電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態(tai)(tai),然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內部流,進一(yi)步給(gei)(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)增溫(wen),到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器出(chu)口處已經基本(ben)完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并與用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形成(cheng)一(yi)個循(xun)環的(de)整體(ti),源源不斷的(de)給(gei)(gei)其(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器應用(yong)范圍:
熔鹽(yan)電加熱(re)器廣泛應用于儲能、儲熱(re)、火(huo)電調峰、化肥、三聚(ju)氫(qing)胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高(gao)溫加熱(re)生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系統概述:
1、有常規的電(dian)氣保護,如流量和短路(lu)保護等。
2、有一套獨(du)立于(yu)溫度控(kong)制(zhi)的超溫報警系(xi)統(tong),當電(dian)加熱(re)器內部(bu)溫度超過計定值時(shi),它(ta)將(jiang)不可自動復位地關閉(bi)電(dian)加熱(re)器,并(bing)輸(shu)出一個(ge)觸點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低液位報(bao)警,當液位低于要求值時,它將自動關閉電(dian)加熱器,并(bing)輸出(chu)一(yi)個信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖(suo)接(jie)口,以便和其它設備如泵、流量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖(suo),確保加熱器加熱時有一定流量(liang)的(de)介質在流動,保證系統(tong)的(de)安全(quan)。
5、控(kong)制可(ke)以(yi)(yi)向DCS系統提(ti)供(gong)加熱(re)系統處于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報警(jing)、液位信號(低(di)液位報警(jing))、互鎖狀態(tai)、溫(wen)度(du)信號(4~20mA)等信號,除溫(wen)度(du)信號外,它(ta)們均為無源觸(chu)點;可(ke)以(yi)(yi)接受DCS發出的(de)啟動(dong)、停止(zhi)操作命(ming)令,要(yao)求的(de)觸(chu)點容量(liang)亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫(wen)(wen)度(du)調節功(gong)(gong)能(neng),加熱(re)系統可(ke)以(yi)通過程序(xu)設置介質(zhi)的升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)曲線,并(bing)能(neng)在流量不足(zu)或停止加熱(re)后,根(gen)據(ju)工藝(yi)要求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統采用(yong)多級控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)術,即(ji)把(ba)加熱(re)器分(fen)成幾組(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)也(ye)就是很大的一(yi)組(zu)可(ke)以(yi)無(wu)級調壓,根(gen)據(ju)出口溫(wen)(wen)度(du),經運算后,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加熱(re)器每組(zu)的通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加熱(re)器的輸出功(gong)(gong)率(lv),達到無(wu)級調功(gong)(gong)。這(zhe)樣(yang),能(neng)很有(you)效地達到提高控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)精度(du)的目的。
