■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)(yong)于對(dui)流動的(de)液(ye)態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質的(de)升(sheng)溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)結合法(fa)蘭集束的(de)形式與(yu)壓力容器(qi)(qi)組成一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)整體(ti),利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般這種(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成一(yi)個(ge)整體(ti),當常溫下的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后(hou),利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)少量電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)(jian)給其預熱(re)(re),使之變為(wei)液(ye)態(tai),然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部流,進(jin)一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口處已經基本完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并與(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)設備(bei)形成一(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)整體(ti),源源不斷的(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)要求(qiu)。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)廣(guang)泛應用于儲能、儲熱(re)、火電(dian)調(diao)峰、化肥、三(san)聚(ju)氫胺、氧(yang)化鋁等(deng)高溫加(jia)熱(re)生(sheng)產(chan)工藝(yi)。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器(qi)控制系統概述(shu):
1、有(you)常規(gui)的電氣保護,如流量和短(duan)路保護等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫(wen)(wen)度控制的超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)報警系統,當電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)內部溫(wen)(wen)度超(chao)過計(ji)定值時,它將不可自(zi)動(dong)復位地關閉電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi),并輸(shu)出(chu)一(yi)個觸(chu)點(dian)信(xin)號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低液位報(bao)警,當液位低于要求值時,它將自(zi)動關閉電加熱(re)器,并輸出一(yi)個信(xin)號。
4、提供數個(ge)聯鎖(suo)接口(kou),以便(bian)和(he)其它設備如(ru)泵、流(liu)(liu)量(壓力)開(kai)關等裝置聯鎖(suo),確保加熱器加熱時有一(yi)定流(liu)(liu)量的介(jie)質在流(liu)(liu)動,保證系統的安全(quan)。
5、控制可(ke)以向(xiang)DCS系(xi)統提供加(jia)熱系(xi)統處于運行、停止(zhi)、超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警(jing)(jing)、液(ye)位信(xin)號(hao)(低液(ye)位報(bao)警(jing)(jing))、互鎖狀(zhuang)態、溫(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信(xin)號(hao),除(chu)溫(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為(wei)無源觸(chu)點;可(ke)以接受DCS發出的(de)啟(qi)動(dong)、停止(zhi)操作命令(ling),要求的(de)觸(chu)點容量(liang)亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)(du)調(diao)節功(gong)能,加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)可以通過程序(xu)設置介質(zhi)的(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲線,并能在流量(liang)不足(zu)或停止(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)后(hou),根據工藝要(yao)求(qiu)控制泵,本控制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)采用多級(ji)控制技術,即(ji)把加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)分成(cheng)幾組(zu),其(qi)中(zhong)一組(zu)也就是很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)一組(zu)可以無級(ji)調(diao)壓,根據出口溫(wen)度(du)(du),經運算后(hou),控制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)自動控制加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)每組(zu)的(de)(de)通斷(duan)和另(ling)一組(zu)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出功(gong)率,達(da)到無級(ji)調(diao)功(gong)。這樣,能很(hen)有效地達(da)到提高控溫(wen)精度(du)(du)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
