■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)液(ye)態、氣(qi)態介質的(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)特(te)殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結(jie)合法蘭集束的(de)形式與(yu)壓力容(rong)器(qi)組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般這種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)整體(ti),當常(chang)溫(wen)下的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后(hou),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內(nei)的(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)其預熱(re)(re)(re),使之變為(wei)液(ye)態,然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)部流,進一(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口處已經(jing)基(ji)本完成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并與(yu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)循環(huan)的(de)整體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)給(gei)其加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)要求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電加熱器(qi)應(ying)用范圍:
熔(rong)鹽電加熱(re)(re)器廣泛應用(yong)于儲能、儲熱(re)(re)、火電調峰、化(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫加熱(re)(re)生產(chan)工藝(yi)。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器控制系統(tong)概述:
1、有常(chang)規的電氣(qi)保(bao)護(hu),如流量和短路(lu)保(bao)護(hu)等。
2、有(you)一(yi)套(tao)獨立(li)于溫(wen)度控制的超溫(wen)報警系統,當電加熱器內部溫(wen)度超過計定(ding)值時,它將(jiang)不可自動復位(wei)地關閉電加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個觸點(dian)信號。
3、有一套獨立的低(di)液(ye)位(wei)報警(jing),當(dang)液(ye)位(wei)低(di)于要(yao)求值時,它將(jiang)自動(dong)關閉電加熱器(qi),并輸出一個(ge)信號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接口(kou),以便和其它設備(bei)如泵(beng)、流(liu)量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯(lian)鎖,確保加熱(re)器(qi)加熱(re)時有一定(ding)流(liu)量(liang)的(de)介質在(zai)流(liu)動,保證系(xi)統的(de)安全。
5、控制可以(yi)向(xiang)DCS系統(tong)提供加熱系統(tong)處(chu)于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)(wen)報警、液(ye)位信(xin)(xin)號(低液(ye)位報警)、互(hu)鎖狀態(tai)、溫(wen)(wen)度信(xin)(xin)號(4~20mA)等信(xin)(xin)號,除(chu)溫(wen)(wen)度信(xin)(xin)號外,它們均為(wei)無(wu)源觸(chu)點;可以(yi)接受(shou)DCS發出的(de)啟(qi)動、停止(zhi)操作命令(ling),要求的(de)觸(chu)點容量亦(yi)為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫(wen)度調(diao)節功能(neng),加熱(re)系統可以通過(guo)程序設置介質的升溫(wen)曲線,并能(neng)在流量不足或停止加熱(re)后(hou),根據工藝要求控(kong)制(zhi)泵,本控(kong)制(zhi)系統采用多級控(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加熱(re)器(qi)分成幾(ji)組(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)也就是很大的一(yi)組(zu)可以無級調(diao)壓,根據出(chu)口(kou)溫(wen)度,經運算(suan)后(hou),控(kong)制(zhi)系統自(zi)動控(kong)制(zhi)加熱(re)器(qi)每組(zu)的通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加熱(re)器(qi)的輸(shu)出(chu)功率,達到無級調(diao)功。這樣,能(neng)很有(you)效(xiao)地達到提高控(kong)溫(wen)精(jing)度的目的。
