■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)種電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備,用于對流動的(de)(de)液態、氣態介質的(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利(li)用特殊管狀電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結(jie)合(he)法蘭集束的(de)(de)形式與(yu)(yu)壓力容(rong)器(qi)(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti),利(li)用加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三(san)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti),當常(chang)溫下的(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后,利(li)用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)少(shao)量電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給其預熱(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之變為液態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部(bu)流,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到(dao)達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出(chu)口(kou)處已經(jing)基本(ben)完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de),并與(yu)(yu)用戶的(de)(de)用熱(re)(re)(re)設備形成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個循環的(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)體(ti),源源不斷的(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從(cong)而(er)滿足工藝(yi)的(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器應用范圍:
熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)廣泛應用于(yu)儲能、儲熱、火(huo)電(dian)調峰、化(hua)肥、三聚(ju)氫胺、氧(yang)化(hua)鋁等(deng)高溫加(jia)(jia)熱生產(chan)工藝(yi)。
■熔鹽電加熱器控(kong)制系統概述:
1、有常(chang)規(gui)的電氣(qi)保護,如流量(liang)和(he)短(duan)路(lu)保護等。
2、有一(yi)套獨(du)立(li)于溫度控制的超溫報警系統(tong),當電加熱器(qi)內部溫度超過計定值時,它將不可(ke)自動復位地關閉電加熱器(qi),并輸出一(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一套(tao)獨立的低液位報(bao)警(jing),當液位低于要(yao)求(qiu)值時,它將自動關閉(bi)電加(jia)熱器,并(bing)輸出一個信(xin)號(hao)。
4、提供數(shu)個聯(lian)(lian)鎖(suo)(suo)接口,以(yi)便和其它(ta)設備如泵、流量(壓力)開關等裝置聯(lian)(lian)鎖(suo)(suo),確保(bao)加熱(re)器加熱(re)時有一定流量的(de)(de)介質在(zai)流動,保(bao)證系統的(de)(de)安全。
5、控制可以向(xiang)DCS系(xi)統提供(gong)加熱系(xi)統處于(yu)運行、停止、超溫報警、液(ye)位(wei)信號(hao)(hao)(低液(ye)位(wei)報警)、互鎖(suo)狀態(tai)、溫度(du)信號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao)(hao),除溫度(du)信號(hao)(hao)外(wai),它(ta)們均(jun)為無(wu)源(yuan)觸點;可以接受DCS發出的啟動(dong)、停止操作命令,要求(qiu)的觸點容量亦(yi)為220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有PID溫(wen)度調(diao)節功能,加熱(re)(re)系統(tong)可以(yi)通(tong)過程序(xu)設置介質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲(qu)線,并能在流(liu)量不足或停止加熱(re)(re)后(hou),根(gen)據(ju)工藝(yi)要求(qiu)控(kong)制(zhi)泵,本控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)采用多級控(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加熱(re)(re)器分成幾組,其(qi)中一組也就(jiu)是(shi)很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)一組可以(yi)無(wu)級調(diao)壓,根(gen)據(ju)出(chu)口溫(wen)度,經運(yun)算后(hou),控(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)自動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)加熱(re)(re)器每組的(de)(de)通(tong)斷(duan)和另一組加熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)輸出(chu)功率,達到(dao)無(wu)級調(diao)功。這樣,能很(hen)有效地達到(dao)提高控(kong)溫(wen)精度的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
