■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)一種(zhong)(zhong)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用(yong)于對流(liu)動的(de)液(ye)態、氣態介質(zhi)的(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利用(yong)特殊管(guan)狀(zhuang)電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)結(jie)合(he)法蘭(lan)集束的(de)形式(shi)與壓(ya)力容(rong)器(qi)(qi)組成一個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體,利用(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一般這種(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成一個整體,當常溫(wen)下的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中(zhong)以后,利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)少(shao)量電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)給其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變(bian)為液(ye)態,然(ran)后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部流(liu),進一步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫(wen),到(dao)達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口處已經基本完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并與用(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形成一個循環的(de)整體,源源不斷的(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從(cong)而(er)滿足工藝的(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器應(ying)用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器廣泛應用于儲能、儲熱、火電(dian)調峰、化肥(fei)、三聚氫胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高溫加(jia)熱生產工藝(yi)。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱(re)器控制系統概(gai)述(shu):
1、有常規(gui)的電氣保護(hu)(hu),如流量和短路保護(hu)(hu)等。
2、有一(yi)(yi)套獨立于溫(wen)(wen)度控制(zhi)的超溫(wen)(wen)報(bao)警系統,當電加(jia)熱器(qi)內部(bu)溫(wen)(wen)度超過計定值(zhi)時,它將不可自動復(fu)位地(di)關閉電加(jia)熱器(qi),并輸(shu)出一(yi)(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一套獨立的低(di)(di)液(ye)位報(bao)警(jing),當液(ye)位低(di)(di)于(yu)要求值時,它將自動關閉電加熱器,并輸出一個(ge)信號(hao)。
4、提供數個聯鎖接(jie)口,以便和其它設備如泵、流量(liang)(壓力(li))開關等裝(zhuang)置聯鎖,確保加熱器加熱時有一定(ding)流量(liang)的介質在流動,保證系(xi)統(tong)的安全。
5、控(kong)制可以(yi)向DCS系統提供加熱系統處于運行、停止、超溫(wen)(wen)報警、液位信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(低液位報警)、互鎖狀態(tai)、溫(wen)(wen)度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)(wen)度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)外(wai),它們均為(wei)無源觸點(dian);可以(yi)接(jie)受(shou)DCS發出(chu)的(de)啟動、停止操(cao)作命令,要求(qiu)的(de)觸點(dian)容量(liang)亦(yi)為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有PID溫(wen)度(du)調節(jie)功(gong)能,加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統可以(yi)通過(guo)程序設置介質的升(sheng)溫(wen)曲線(xian),并能在流量不(bu)足(zu)或停止加(jia)熱(re)后,根據工藝要(yao)求控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)泵,本控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統采(cai)用多級(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術,即(ji)把加(jia)熱(re)器分成(cheng)幾組(zu)(zu)(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)也(ye)就是很(hen)大的一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)可以(yi)無(wu)級(ji)調壓(ya),根據出口溫(wen)度(du),經(jing)運算(suan)后,控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統自動控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)器每組(zu)(zu)(zu)的通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)加(jia)熱(re)器的輸出功(gong)率,達(da)到無(wu)級(ji)調功(gong)。這(zhe)樣,能很(hen)有效(xiao)地達(da)到提(ti)高(gao)控溫(wen)精度(du)的目的。
