■熔鹽電加熱器應用范圍(wei):
熔(rong)鹽電加(jia)熱器廣(guang)泛應用于儲能(neng)、儲熱、火電調峰、化(hua)肥、三聚(ju)氫(qing)胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫加(jia)熱生(sheng)產工藝。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器控制系統概述:
1、有(you)常規的電氣保(bao)護(hu),如流量和短路(lu)保(bao)護(hu)等。
2、有(you)一套獨立于溫(wen)度(du)控制的(de)超溫(wen)報警系統,當電(dian)加熱器內(nei)部溫(wen)度(du)超過計定(ding)值時,它(ta)將不可(ke)自(zi)動(dong)復位地關閉電(dian)加熱器,并(bing)輸出一個(ge)觸點信號。
3、有一套獨立的低液(ye)位報(bao)警,當(dang)液(ye)位低于(yu)要求值時(shi),它將自(zi)動(dong)關(guan)閉電加熱器(qi),并輸出一個(ge)信號(hao)。
4、提供數(shu)個(ge)聯(lian)鎖接(jie)口,以(yi)便和其它設備如泵(beng)、流量(壓力)開關等(deng)裝置(zhi)聯(lian)鎖,確保加熱器(qi)加熱時有一定流量的(de)介質在(zai)流動,保證(zheng)系統的(de)安全(quan)。
5、控制(zhi)可以(yi)向(xiang)DCS系統(tong)提(ti)供加熱系統(tong)處(chu)于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報(bao)警(jing)、液(ye)位信(xin)號(低液(ye)位報(bao)警(jing))、互鎖(suo)狀(zhuang)態(tai)、溫(wen)度信(xin)號(4~20mA)等信(xin)號,除溫(wen)度信(xin)號外(wai),它(ta)們均為無源觸(chu)點;可以(yi)接受DCS發(fa)出的啟動、停止(zhi)操作命令(ling),要求的觸(chu)點容(rong)量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du)調節功能(neng),加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱系統(tong)可(ke)(ke)以通(tong)過程序設置介質的(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)(wen)(wen)曲線,并能(neng)在流量不足(zu)或停止加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱后(hou),根(gen)據工藝要(yao)求控(kong)制泵,本控(kong)制系統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)多級(ji)(ji)控(kong)制技術,即把加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器分成幾(ji)組,其中一組也就是(shi)很大的(de)(de)(de)一組可(ke)(ke)以無(wu)級(ji)(ji)調壓,根(gen)據出(chu)(chu)口溫(wen)(wen)(wen)度(du),經運算后(hou),控(kong)制系統(tong)自動控(kong)制加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器每組的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)斷和另一組加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器的(de)(de)(de)輸出(chu)(chu)功率(lv),達到無(wu)級(ji)(ji)調功。這樣,能(neng)很有效地達到提高控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)精度(du)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
