熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用于對流動的(de)(de)液態、氣(qi)態介質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器利(li)用特殊管狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)結合法蘭集(ji)束的(de)(de)形式(shi)與(yu)(yu)壓(ya)力(li)容(rong)器組(zu)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整體,利(li)用加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)般這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式(shi)與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)組(zu)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)整體,當常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)中以后,利(li)用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)少(shao)量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)給(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態,然后通過(guo)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)部流,進一(yi)(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫(wen),到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器出口(kou)處已(yi)經基本(ben)完(wan)成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并與(yu)(yu)用戶(hu)的(de)(de)用熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)(de)整體,源源不斷的(de)(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從(cong)而滿足工藝的(de)(de)要求。
■熔(rong)鹽電加(jia)熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽電加熱(re)器(qi)廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于儲能、儲熱(re)、火電調(diao)峰、化肥、三聚氫胺(an)、氧化鋁等高(gao)溫加熱(re)生產(chan)工藝。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器(qi)控(kong)制系統概述:
1、有常規的電氣保護(hu),如(ru)流(liu)量(liang)和短(duan)路保護(hu)等。
2、有一套(tao)獨立(li)于溫度控制的超溫報警系統,當電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器內部溫度超過計定值時,它將(jiang)不可自動(dong)復位(wei)地關閉(bi)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器,并輸出一個(ge)觸點信(xin)號。
3、有一套(tao)獨立的低(di)液位報警,當液位低(di)于(yu)要(yao)求(qiu)值時(shi),它將自動關閉(bi)電(dian)加熱(re)器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提供數(shu)個聯(lian)鎖(suo)接口(kou),以(yi)便和其它設(she)備(bei)如(ru)泵(beng)、流(liu)(liu)量(壓(ya)力)開關等(deng)裝置(zhi)聯(lian)鎖(suo),確保加熱器加熱時有一定(ding)流(liu)(liu)量的介(jie)質在流(liu)(liu)動(dong),保證系(xi)統的安全(quan)。
5、控制可(ke)(ke)以向DCS系(xi)統(tong)提供加熱系(xi)統(tong)處于(yu)運行、停(ting)止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報(bao)警、液位(wei)信(xin)號(hao)(低液位(wei)報(bao)警)、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)外(wai),它(ta)們(men)均(jun)為無(wu)源觸點;可(ke)(ke)以接受DCS發出的啟動(dong)、停(ting)止(zhi)操作命(ming)令,要求的觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度調節功能,加(jia)熱系(xi)統(tong)可以通過程序(xu)設置(zhi)介質的(de)(de)升溫曲(qu)線,并能在(zai)流量(liang)不足(zu)或停(ting)止加(jia)熱后,根(gen)據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)(kong)制泵,本(ben)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)多級(ji)(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制技術,即把加(jia)熱器分成幾組,其中一(yi)組也就是很大的(de)(de)一(yi)組可以無級(ji)(ji)調壓(ya),根(gen)據出口溫度,經運(yun)算后,控(kong)(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制加(jia)熱器每組的(de)(de)通斷和另(ling)一(yi)組加(jia)熱器的(de)(de)輸出功率,達(da)到無級(ji)(ji)調功。這樣,能很有效(xiao)地達(da)到提(ti)高(gao)控(kong)(kong)(kong)溫精度的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
