■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器是(shi)一種(zhong)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)于對(dui)流動的(de)(de)液(ye)態、氣態介(jie)質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器利(li)用(yong)特(te)殊(shu)管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件結合(he)法蘭(lan)集束的(de)(de)形式(shi)與壓(ya)力容器組成一個供熱(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti),利(li)用(yong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)熱(re)(re)介(jie)質。一般這種(zhong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)方式(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成一個整(zheng)體(ti),當(dang)常溫(wen)下(xia)的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以(yi)后,利(li)用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)少(shao)量電(dian)熱(re)(re)元件給(gei)其預(yu)熱(re)(re),使(shi)之變為液(ye)態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器內部流,進一步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器出口處已經基(ji)本完(wan)成加(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并與用(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)設備(bei)形成一個循環的(de)(de)整(zheng)體(ti),源源不(bu)斷的(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)熱(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)要求。
■熔(rong)鹽(yan)電加熱器應用(yong)范(fan)圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器廣泛應用于儲能、儲熱、火(huo)電(dian)調峰、化(hua)肥、三(san)聚氫(qing)胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫加(jia)熱生產工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器控制(zhi)系統概述:
1、有常規的電氣(qi)保護,如流量和(he)短(duan)路保護等(deng)。
2、有一套(tao)獨立(li)于(yu)溫(wen)度控制的超溫(wen)報警系統,當電加(jia)熱器內部溫(wen)度超過計定(ding)值時,它將(jiang)不(bu)可自動(dong)復位地關閉(bi)電加(jia)熱器,并輸出一個觸點信號。
3、有(you)一套獨立的低液(ye)位報警(jing),當(dang)液(ye)位低于要求值時(shi),它(ta)將(jiang)自動(dong)關(guan)閉電(dian)加熱器(qi),并(bing)輸出一個信號。
4、提(ti)供數個(ge)聯(lian)(lian)鎖接口,以便和其它設(she)備如泵、流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯(lian)(lian)鎖,確保(bao)加熱(re)器加熱(re)時有一定(ding)流(liu)(liu)(liu)量(liang)的介質在(zai)流(liu)(liu)(liu)動,保(bao)證(zheng)系統(tong)的安全。
5、控制可以(yi)向(xiang)DCS系統提供加熱系統處于運行(xing)、停(ting)止、超(chao)溫(wen)報警、液位信(xin)(xin)號(低(di)液位報警)、互鎖狀(zhuang)態、溫(wen)度信(xin)(xin)號(4~20mA)等(deng)信(xin)(xin)號,除溫(wen)度信(xin)(xin)號外(wai),它們均為(wei)無源觸點;可以(yi)接受(shou)DCS發出的(de)啟動、停(ting)止操作命令(ling),要求(qiu)的(de)觸點容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有(you)(you)PID溫度(du)調(diao)節功(gong)能,加熱(re)(re)(re)系統可以(yi)通過程序設置介質的(de)升溫曲(qu)線,并能在(zai)流量不(bu)足或停止加熱(re)(re)(re)后,根據工(gong)藝要求(qiu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵,本控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統采用多級控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把(ba)加熱(re)(re)(re)器分成幾組(zu),其中一組(zu)也(ye)就(jiu)是很大的(de)一組(zu)可以(yi)無(wu)級調(diao)壓,根據出口溫度(du),經運算后,控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統自動控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加熱(re)(re)(re)器每組(zu)的(de)通斷和另一組(zu)加熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)輸出功(gong)率,達(da)到無(wu)級調(diao)功(gong)。這樣(yang),能很有(you)(you)效地達(da)到提高控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)溫精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
