熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)種電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)于對流(liu)動的(de)(de)液(ye)態(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)介質的(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利用(yong)(yong)特(te)殊管狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)形式與壓力(li)容器(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二(er)元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三(san)元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般這(zhe)種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式與熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)個整(zheng)體,當常溫下的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后(hou),利用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件給(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re),使之變為液(ye)態(tai),然后(hou)通過(guo)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部(bu)流(liu),進一(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到(dao)達熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口處已經基本(ben)完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設備形成(cheng)一(yi)個循(xun)環(huan)的(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源源不斷的(de)(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿足(zu)工藝(yi)的(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器(qi)應用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加熱(re)器廣泛應用于儲能、儲熱(re)、火(huo)電(dian)調峰、化肥、三聚氫(qing)胺、氧化鋁等高溫加熱(re)生產(chan)工(gong)藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系統(tong)概述(shu):
1、有常規的電氣保護,如流(liu)量(liang)和短路保護等。
2、有一套獨(du)立于溫(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)的超溫(wen)報警系統,當電加熱(re)器(qi)內部溫(wen)度(du)超過計定值時,它(ta)將不可自(zi)動復位地關閉電加熱(re)器(qi),并輸出一個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的(de)低液位(wei)(wei)報警,當液位(wei)(wei)低于要求值(zhi)時,它將(jiang)自(zi)動(dong)關閉(bi)電加熱(re)器,并輸出一(yi)個信號。
4、提供數(shu)個聯鎖接口,以便和(he)其它設備如泵、流量(壓(ya)力)開(kai)關等裝置(zhi)聯鎖,確(que)保(bao)加(jia)熱器(qi)加(jia)熱時有一(yi)定(ding)流量的介質(zhi)在流動,保(bao)證系統的安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系(xi)統(tong)提供加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)處于運行、停(ting)止、超溫(wen)(wen)報(bao)警(jing)(jing)、液位信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(低液位報(bao)警(jing)(jing))、互(hu)鎖狀態、溫(wen)(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao)(hao),除溫(wen)(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)(hao)外,它們均(jun)為(wei)無源觸點;可以接(jie)受DCS發出的(de)啟(qi)動、停(ting)止操作命(ming)令,要求的(de)觸點容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度(du)調(diao)節功能(neng),加熱系(xi)統(tong)可(ke)以通過程(cheng)序設(she)置介質的升溫曲線,并能(neng)在流量不足或停止加熱后(hou),根(gen)據工藝要求(qiu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)采用(yong)多級(ji)(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)術,即把加熱器分成幾組(zu),其中一組(zu)也就(jiu)是(shi)很大的一組(zu)可(ke)以無級(ji)(ji)調(diao)壓,根(gen)據出口溫度(du),經運算后(hou),控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加熱器每(mei)組(zu)的通斷和(he)另一組(zu)加熱器的輸(shu)出功率,達到(dao)(dao)無級(ji)(ji)調(diao)功。這(zhe)樣,能(neng)很有效地(di)達到(dao)(dao)提(ti)高控(kong)(kong)(kong)溫精度(du)的目的。
