熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是(shi)一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)(yong)于(yu)對流動的(de)(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)介(jie)質的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管(guan)狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法蘭(lan)集束(shu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式與(yu)壓力容器(qi)組成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質。一(yi)般(ban)這(zhe)種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),當常溫(wen)(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中以后(hou),利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給其預熱(re)(re)(re),使之變(bian)為(wei)液態(tai),然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵抽(chou)取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部(bu)流,進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫(wen)(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口處已(yi)經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),并與(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)循環的(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),源源不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用(yong)范(fan)圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于儲能、儲熱(re)、火(huo)電(dian)調峰、化肥、三聚氫(qing)胺、氧化鋁(lv)等(deng)高(gao)溫(wen)加(jia)熱(re)生(sheng)產工藝(yi)。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系(xi)統(tong)概述:
1、有常規的(de)電氣保護,如流量和短路(lu)保護等。
2、有(you)一(yi)套(tao)獨立于溫(wen)度控(kong)制的(de)超溫(wen)報警系(xi)統,當電加(jia)熱器(qi)內(nei)部溫(wen)度超過計定值時,它將不可自動復位地關(guan)閉(bi)電加(jia)熱器(qi),并輸出一(yi)個觸點信(xin)號(hao)。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低(di)液位報警(jing),當液位低(di)于要求值時,它將自動關閉電加熱器(qi),并(bing)輸出一(yi)個信號。
4、提(ti)供數個聯(lian)鎖(suo)接口,以便和其它設備如泵、流量(liang)(壓(ya)力(li))開關等裝置聯(lian)鎖(suo),確保加熱(re)(re)器加熱(re)(re)時有一定流量(liang)的介質在流動(dong),保證系統的安全。
5、控制可(ke)以向DCS系統提供加熱系統處于運(yun)行、停止、超溫報(bao)警、液(ye)位信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(低液(ye)位報(bao)警)、互(hu)鎖狀態(tai)、溫度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),除(chu)溫度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)外,它們均為無(wu)源觸點(dian)(dian);可(ke)以接受(shou)DCS發出的(de)啟動、停止操作命令(ling),要(yao)求的(de)觸點(dian)(dian)容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫度調(diao)節功能(neng),加熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)可以(yi)通(tong)過程序設(she)置介質(zhi)的(de)(de)升(sheng)溫曲線,并(bing)能(neng)在流量不(bu)足或(huo)停(ting)止加熱(re)后,根據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)制泵,本控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)采用多級(ji)控(kong)(kong)制技術,即把(ba)加熱(re)器(qi)分成幾組(zu),其中(zhong)一(yi)組(zu)也就是很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)一(yi)組(zu)可以(yi)無(wu)級(ji)調(diao)壓(ya),根據出口溫度,經運算后,控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)(tong)自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)制加熱(re)器(qi)每組(zu)的(de)(de)通(tong)斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加熱(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出功率(lv),達(da)到無(wu)級(ji)調(diao)功。這樣,能(neng)很(hen)有(you)效(xiao)地達(da)到提(ti)高(gao)控(kong)(kong)溫精度的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
