■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是一(yi)(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流(liu)動的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)態(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)介質的(de)(de)(de)升溫、保(bao)溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合(he)法蘭集(ji)束的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)與壓力容器(qi)(qi)(qi)組成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或(huo)三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)整(zheng)體,當常溫下的(de)(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)少(shao)量(liang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變(bian)為(wei)液(ye)態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵抽(chou)取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內部流(liu),進一(yi)(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫,到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出口處(chu)已經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)給其(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用范圍:
熔(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加熱器廣泛(fan)應用(yong)于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電(dian)調峰(feng)、化肥、三聚氫(qing)胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器控制系統(tong)概述:
1、有常規的電氣保護(hu),如流量(liang)和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫(wen)度控制的(de)超(chao)溫(wen)報警(jing)系(xi)統(tong),當電(dian)加熱器內部溫(wen)度超(chao)過計定值(zhi)時,它將不可自動(dong)復位地關(guan)閉電(dian)加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個(ge)觸點(dian)信(xin)號。
3、有一(yi)套獨(du)立的低液位(wei)報警(jing),當液位(wei)低于要求值時,它(ta)將自動關閉電加(jia)熱器,并輸出一(yi)個信號(hao)。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接口,以便和其它(ta)設備如泵(beng)、流(liu)量(壓力)開關等裝置聯(lian)鎖,確保加熱(re)器加熱(re)時有一定(ding)流(liu)量的介質在流(liu)動,保證系統的安全。
5、控制可以(yi)向DCS系統提供加熱系統處于運行(xing)、停止、超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警、液位信號(低液位報(bao)警)、互鎖狀(zhuang)態、溫(wen)度信號(4~20mA)等信號,除溫(wen)度信號外,它們(men)均為(wei)無源觸點;可以(yi)接(jie)受DCS發出的啟動、停止操(cao)作命(ming)令(ling),要求的觸點容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有(you)PID溫度調節功(gong)能(neng),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)可以通過(guo)程序設置介質(zhi)的(de)(de)升溫曲線,并能(neng)在流量(liang)不足(zu)或停止(zhi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)后(hou)(hou),根據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)制泵,本控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)采用多級控(kong)(kong)制技術,即把加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)分成幾組(zu),其中一(yi)(yi)組(zu)也就是很(hen)大(da)的(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)組(zu)可以無級調壓,根據出(chu)口(kou)溫度,經(jing)運算后(hou)(hou),控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)自動控(kong)(kong)制加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)每組(zu)的(de)(de)通斷和另一(yi)(yi)組(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)功(gong)率,達到(dao)無級調功(gong)。這樣(yang),能(neng)很(hen)有(you)效(xiao)地(di)達到(dao)提高控(kong)(kong)溫精度的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
