■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)(yi)種電(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用(yong)于對流動的(de)液(ye)態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質(zhi)的(de)升(sheng)溫、保(bao)溫、加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)用(yong)特(te)殊管狀電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)結合(he)法蘭集束的(de)形式與壓(ya)力容器(qi)組成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體,利(li)用(yong)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一(yi)(yi)般這種加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)整體,當常溫下(xia)的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中(zhong)以(yi)后,利(li)用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內(nei)(nei)的(de)少量電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)給其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液(ye)態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)(nei)部流,進一(yi)(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口處已經基本(ben)完成加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并與用(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)整體,源源不斷的(de)給其加熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從(cong)而滿足工藝(yi)的(de)要求。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱(re)器應(ying)用范圍:
熔鹽(yan)電加熱(re)(re)器廣泛應用(yong)于儲能、儲熱(re)(re)、火電調峰、化肥、三(san)聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫(wen)加熱(re)(re)生產工藝(yi)。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器控制系統概述:
1、有常規(gui)的電(dian)氣保(bao)護(hu),如(ru)流量和短(duan)路保(bao)護(hu)等(deng)。
2、有一套獨立于溫度(du)(du)控制的超溫報(bao)警系統,當電加熱器內部溫度(du)(du)超過計(ji)定值時(shi),它將不可(ke)自動復位地(di)關閉電加熱器,并輸出一個觸(chu)點信號(hao)。
3、有一(yi)套獨立(li)的(de)低液位(wei)報警,當液位(wei)低于要(yao)求值時,它將(jiang)自動關閉電加熱器,并輸(shu)出一(yi)個信號。
4、提(ti)供數個(ge)聯鎖(suo)接(jie)口,以便和其它設(she)備如泵、流(liu)(liu)量(壓(ya)力)開關等裝(zhuang)置聯鎖(suo),確保加熱(re)器加熱(re)時有(you)一定流(liu)(liu)量的介質在流(liu)(liu)動,保證系統的安全。
5、控制可(ke)以(yi)向DCS系(xi)(xi)統提供加(jia)熱系(xi)(xi)統處于(yu)運行、停止、超溫(wen)報警(jing)、液位信(xin)號(低(di)液位報警(jing))、互鎖狀(zhuang)態、溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(4~20mA)等信(xin)號,除溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號外,它(ta)們均(jun)為無源觸點(dian);可(ke)以(yi)接受DCS發(fa)出的啟動、停止操作(zuo)命令,要求的觸點(dian)容(rong)量(liang)亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)調節功(gong)能(neng),加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)可以通過程序(xu)設置(zhi)介質的升(sheng)溫(wen)曲線,并能(neng)在流量不足或停(ting)止加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)后(hou),根(gen)據工(gong)藝要求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵,本(ben)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)采用(yong)多級控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術,即(ji)把(ba)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)分成(cheng)幾組(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)也(ye)就(jiu)是很大的一(yi)組(zu)可以無級調壓,根(gen)據出口溫(wen)度(du),經運算(suan)后(hou),控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)每組(zu)的通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的輸(shu)出功(gong)率,達到無級調功(gong)。這樣(yang),能(neng)很有效地達到提高(gao)控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)的目的。
