熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器是一(yi)(yi)(yi)種電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)液態(tai)(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)(tai)介(jie)(jie)質的(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀(zhuang)電熱(re)元(yuan)件結(jie)合法(fa)蘭集(ji)束(shu)的(de)形式與(yu)壓力容器組(zu)成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個供(gong)熱(re)整(zheng)體,利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)介(jie)(jie)質。一(yi)(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組(zu)成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個整(zheng)體,當常溫下的(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后(hou),利(li)(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)少量電熱(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)(gei)(gei)其預熱(re),使之變為(wei)液態(tai)(tai),然(ran)后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器內部流,進(jin)一(yi)(yi)(yi)步給(gei)(gei)(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器出口處(chu)已經基(ji)本(ben)完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)目的(de),并與(yu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)設備形成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個循環(huan)的(de)整(zheng)體,源源不(bu)斷的(de)給(gei)(gei)(gei)其加(jia)(jia)熱(re),從(cong)而(er)滿足(zu)工藝的(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器(qi)應用范(fan)圍:
熔鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱器廣(guang)泛應(ying)用于儲能(neng)、儲熱、火電(dian)調峰、化肥、三聚(ju)氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫加(jia)熱生產(chan)工藝。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器(qi)控制系統(tong)概述(shu):
1、有常規的電氣(qi)保護,如流量和短路(lu)保護等。
2、有一套獨立(li)于溫度控制的(de)超溫報警系統,當電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)內部溫度超過(guo)計定值時(shi),它將(jiang)不可自動復位(wei)地(di)關閉電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi),并輸出一個(ge)觸點(dian)信號。
3、有一套(tao)獨立的低液(ye)位(wei)報警,當液(ye)位(wei)低于要求值(zhi)時,它將自動(dong)關閉電加熱器(qi),并(bing)輸出一個信號。
4、提供數個(ge)聯鎖接口(kou),以(yi)便和其(qi)它(ta)設(she)備如(ru)泵(beng)、流量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖,確保加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有(you)一定流量(liang)的(de)(de)介質在流動,保證系統的(de)(de)安全。
5、控(kong)制可以向DCS系(xi)(xi)統提供加熱(re)系(xi)(xi)統處(chu)于運行、停止、超溫報(bao)警(jing)、液位信(xin)(xin)號(低液位報(bao)警(jing))、互鎖狀態(tai)、溫度(du)信(xin)(xin)號(4~20mA)等信(xin)(xin)號,除溫度(du)信(xin)(xin)號外(wai),它們均(jun)為無(wu)源觸(chu)點;可以接(jie)受DCS發出的啟(qi)動、停止操(cao)作命令,要求的觸(chu)點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫(wen)度(du)調(diao)節功(gong)能(neng),加熱系統可以通過(guo)程(cheng)序(xu)設(she)置介質(zhi)的(de)升(sheng)溫(wen)曲線,并(bing)能(neng)在流量不足或停止加熱后,根據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)制泵,本(ben)控(kong)(kong)制系統采(cai)用(yong)多級控(kong)(kong)制技術,即把加熱器(qi)分(fen)成幾組(zu)(zu),其中一組(zu)(zu)也就是很大的(de)一組(zu)(zu)可以無級調(diao)壓,根據出口溫(wen)度(du),經運(yun)算后,控(kong)(kong)制系統自動控(kong)(kong)制加熱器(qi)每組(zu)(zu)的(de)通斷和另一組(zu)(zu)加熱器(qi)的(de)輸出功(gong)率,達(da)到無級調(diao)功(gong)。這樣,能(neng)很有(you)效地(di)達(da)到提高(gao)控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。
