熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)(yi)種電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)(yong)于對流動的液態(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)介(jie)質的升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊(shu)管狀電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件結(jie)合法(fa)蘭集束的形式與(yu)壓力容器(qi)組成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)整體,利(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介(jie)質。一(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)整體,當(dang)常溫下的硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以(yi)后(hou),利(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的少量(liang)電熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re),使之變為液態(tai),然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽(chou)取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內部流,進一(yi)(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)出口處已經基本完成加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的目的,并(bing)與(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶的用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)設(she)備形成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)循環的整體,源源不斷的給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),從(cong)而滿(man)足工藝的要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用(yong)范圍:
熔(rong)鹽電加熱(re)器廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于儲能、儲熱(re)、火電調峰(feng)、化(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高(gao)溫加熱(re)生產工(gong)藝。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器控制系統概述(shu):
1、有(you)常規的電氣保(bao)護,如流量和短路保(bao)護等。
2、有一套獨立于溫度(du)控制的超(chao)溫報警(jing)系統,當電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱器內部溫度(du)超(chao)過(guo)計定(ding)值(zhi)時,它(ta)將(jiang)不可自動復位地關閉電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱器,并輸出一個(ge)觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低液位報(bao)警,當液位低于要(yao)求值時,它將自動關閉(bi)電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi),并(bing)輸出一(yi)個信號(hao)。
4、提供(gong)數個(ge)聯鎖接口(kou),以便和其它設備如泵、流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(壓(ya)力)開關等(deng)裝置聯鎖,確(que)保加熱(re)器加熱(re)時(shi)有一定流(liu)(liu)量(liang)的(de)(de)介質在流(liu)(liu)動,保證系統的(de)(de)安全。
5、控制(zhi)可(ke)以(yi)向DCS系(xi)統提供加熱系(xi)統處于(yu)運行(xing)、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報警、液位(wei)信(xin)號(hao)(低(di)液位(wei)報警)、互鎖狀態、溫(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為無源(yuan)觸(chu)點(dian);可(ke)以(yi)接受(shou)DCS發出的(de)啟動、停止(zhi)操(cao)作(zuo)命(ming)令,要求的(de)觸(chu)點(dian)容量(liang)亦(yi)為220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有(you)PID溫度調(diao)節功能(neng),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系統可以通過程序設置介質的升溫曲(qu)線,并能(neng)在流(liu)量不足或停止加(jia)(jia)熱(re)后(hou),根據工(gong)藝要(yao)求控制(zhi)泵,本控制(zhi)系統采用多級控制(zhi)技術(shu),即把加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)分成幾組(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)也就是很(hen)大的一(yi)組(zu)可以無(wu)級調(diao)壓(ya),根據出(chu)(chu)口(kou)溫度,經(jing)運(yun)算后(hou),控制(zhi)系統自動控制(zhi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)每組(zu)的通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)功率,達到無(wu)級調(diao)功。這樣(yang),能(neng)很(hen)有(you)效地達到提高控溫精度的目的。
