熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)(bei),用(yong)(yong)于對流(liu)動的(de)(de)液態(tai)(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)(tai)介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管(guan)狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法(fa)蘭集束的(de)(de)形式與(yu)壓力容(rong)器(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體,利(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三(san)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質(zhi)。一(yi)般這種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個整體,當常溫下(xia)的(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中以(yi)后,利(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給其預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變(bian)為(wei)液態(tai)(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部流(liu),進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口處(chu)已經基本完成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并(bing)與(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)(bei)形成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個循環的(de)(de)整體,源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)(de)給其加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從(cong)而滿(man)足工藝的(de)(de)要(yao)求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應(ying)用范(fan)圍:
熔鹽(yan)電(dian)加熱器(qi)廣泛應用于儲能、儲熱、火電(dian)調峰、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器控(kong)制系(xi)統概述:
1、有常規的電(dian)氣保護(hu),如流量和短路保護(hu)等(deng)。
2、有一(yi)套(tao)獨(du)立于溫度控制(zhi)的超溫報警系統,當電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)內(nei)部溫度超過(guo)計定值時,它(ta)將不可自動(dong)復位地(di)關閉(bi)電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi),并輸出(chu)一(yi)個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨(du)立的低液(ye)位(wei)報(bao)警,當液(ye)位(wei)低于要求(qiu)值時,它將自(zi)動關閉電加熱(re)器,并輸(shu)出一(yi)個(ge)信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖(suo)接口,以(yi)便和其它設備(bei)如泵(beng)、流(liu)量(壓力(li))開關等裝置聯鎖(suo),確保加熱器加熱時有一定流(liu)量的介質在流(liu)動(dong),保證系(xi)統(tong)的安全。
5、控制可(ke)(ke)以向(xiang)DCS系(xi)統(tong)提供加熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)處于(yu)運行、停(ting)止、超(chao)溫(wen)報警、液(ye)位信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(低(di)液(ye)位報警)、互鎖(suo)狀(zhuang)態、溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為無源觸點;可(ke)(ke)以接受DCS發出(chu)的啟動、停(ting)止操(cao)作命令,要求的觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)調節功能(neng),加(jia)熱系(xi)統(tong)(tong)可以(yi)通過程序設置介質的(de)升溫(wen)曲線,并能(neng)在流量不(bu)足或停(ting)止加(jia)熱后,根據(ju)工藝(yi)要求控制(zhi)泵,本控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)采(cai)用(yong)多級控制(zhi)技術(shu),即把加(jia)熱器(qi)(qi)分成幾組(zu)(zu)(zu),其中一組(zu)(zu)(zu)也就(jiu)是(shi)很(hen)大的(de)一組(zu)(zu)(zu)可以(yi)無(wu)(wu)級調壓,根據(ju)出(chu)口溫(wen)度(du),經運算后,控制(zhi)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)自動控制(zhi)加(jia)熱器(qi)(qi)每組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)通斷和另一組(zu)(zu)(zu)加(jia)熱器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)功率,達到無(wu)(wu)級調功。這樣,能(neng)很(hen)有效地(di)達到提高控溫(wen)精(jing)度(du)的(de)目(mu)的(de)。
