■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介(jie)(jie)質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)用(yong)特殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)結合法蘭(lan)集束的(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi)與壓力容器(qi)組成一個(ge)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利(li)用(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介(jie)(jie)質(zhi)。一般這(zhe)種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成一個(ge)整(zheng)體,當常溫下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中(zhong)以后(hou)(hou),利(li)用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)給(gei)其預熱(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之變為液態(tai),然后(hou)(hou)通過(guo)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部流,進一步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口處已經基本完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形(xing)成一個(ge)循環的(de)(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源源不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽(yan)電加熱器應用(yong)范圍:
熔鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱器廣泛(fan)應(ying)用于儲能、儲熱、火(huo)電(dian)調峰、化(hua)肥、三(san)聚氫胺(an)、氧(yang)化(hua)鋁等高溫加(jia)熱生產(chan)工(gong)藝。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器控制(zhi)系統概述:
1、有常規的(de)電氣保護,如(ru)流量和短路保護等。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)度(du)控制的(de)超(chao)溫(wen)報警系統,當電(dian)加熱器內部溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過計定值時,它將不可自(zi)動復位地關(guan)閉(bi)電(dian)加熱器,并輸出一個觸點信號。
3、有一套獨(du)立的低(di)液(ye)位報警,當液(ye)位低(di)于要求值時,它將(jiang)自(zi)動關閉(bi)電加熱器,并輸(shu)出一個(ge)信號。
4、提(ti)供數個聯鎖接口(kou),以便和其它設備如(ru)泵、流(liu)量(liang)(壓力)開關(guan)等(deng)裝置聯鎖,確(que)保加(jia)熱(re)器加(jia)熱(re)時有一定(ding)流(liu)量(liang)的(de)介(jie)質在流(liu)動,保證系(xi)統(tong)的(de)安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系統(tong)提(ti)供加熱系統(tong)處于(yu)運行(xing)、停止(zhi)、超溫報警、液位信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(低(di)液位報警)、互鎖狀態、溫度信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao)(hao),除溫度信(xin)號(hao)(hao)外(wai),它們均為(wei)無源觸(chu)點(dian);可以接受DCS發出的(de)啟(qi)動、停止(zhi)操作命令(ling),要(yao)求的(de)觸(chu)點(dian)容量亦(yi)為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度(du)調節功能(neng),加熱(re)(re)系(xi)統可以(yi)通過程序設置(zhi)介質的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)溫曲線,并(bing)能(neng)在流量不足(zu)或停(ting)止加熱(re)(re)后,根據工藝要求控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統采用多級控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術,即把(ba)加熱(re)(re)器分成幾組,其中一(yi)組也(ye)就是很(hen)大的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)組可以(yi)無級調壓,根據出口(kou)溫度(du),經運算后,控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)統自動控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)加熱(re)(re)器每(mei)組的(de)(de)(de)通斷和另一(yi)組加熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)輸出功率,達(da)到(dao)無級調功。這樣(yang),能(neng)很(hen)有效地達(da)到(dao)提高控(kong)溫精度(du)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
