按(an)傳(chuan)導(dao)方式分
(1)以熱(re)(re)(re)傳(chuan)導(dao)為主的PTC陶瓷加熱(re)(re)(re)器.其特點(dian)是通過PTC發熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件表面安(an)裝的電極(ji)板(導(dao)電兼傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re))絕緣(yuan)層(隔電兼傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re))導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)蓄熱(re)(re)(re)板(有的還附加有導(dao)熱(re)(re)(re)膠)等(deng)多層傳(chuan)熱(re)(re)(re)結構,把(ba)PTC元(yuan)件發出的熱(re)(re)(re)量傳(chuan)到被加熱(re)(re)(re)的物體上.
(2)以所形成(cheng)的(de)熱(re)風(feng)進行對流(liu)式傳熱(re)的(de)各種PTC陶瓷熱(re)風(feng)器.其特點是輸出(chu)功率大,并(bing)能自動調節吹出(chu)風(feng)溫和輸出(chu)熱(re)量.
(3)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)(wai)線輻(fu)(fu)射加熱器.其(qi)特點(dian)實際利用(yong)PTC元件或(huo)導熱板(ban)表面迅速(su)發出(chu)的(de)熱量直接(jie)(jie)或(huo)間接(jie)(jie)地(di)激發接(jie)(jie)觸其(qi)表面的(de)遠紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)(wai)涂料或(huo)遠紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)(wai)材料使之輻(fu)(fu)射出(chu)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)(wai)線,便構成了PTC陶瓷(ci)紅(hong)外(wai)(wai)(wai)輻(fu)(fu)射加熱器。
按結構特點分
(1)普通實(shi)用型(xing)PTC陶瓷加熱器(qi)(qi).這(zhe)類(lei)器(qi)(qi)具主要(yao)有: 電(dian)熱蚊藥驅蚊器(qi)(qi)、暖手器(qi)(qi)、干燥器(qi)(qi)、電(dian)熱板、電(dian)燙斗、電(dian)烙鐵、電(dian)熱粘合器(qi)(qi)、卷發(fa)燙發(fa)器(qi)(qi)等.其特點是功率不大,但熱效率高很實(shi)用.
(2)自動(dong)(dong)恒溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)型PTC加熱(re)器.這類(lei)器具(ju)主要(yao)有(you):小(xiao)型晶體器件恒溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)槽、恒溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)培養箱、電子保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)瓶、 保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)箱、保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)杯、保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)盤、保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)柜、保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)桌等。其特(te)點是自動(dong)(dong)保(bao)(bao)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)、結構簡單、 恒溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)特(te)性好、熱(re)效率高、使用環境溫(wen)(wen)(wen)(wen)度范圍寬(kuan).
(3)熱(re)風PTC加(jia)熱(re)器(qi).這類熱(re)風PTC加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)主要(yao)有:小型溫風取暖(nuan)(nuan)器(qi)、電吹風、暖(nuan)(nuan)房機(ji)、烘干機(ji)、干衣(yi)柜、干衣(yi)機(ji)、工業(ye)烘干設備等. 其特點是(shi)輸出熱(re)風功(gong)率大、速(su)熱(re)、安全、能自動調(diao)節風溫和(he)功(gong)耗。
