■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)于對流(liu)動的(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介(jie)質的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)溫、保(bao)溫、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)用(yong)特(te)殊(shu)管(guan)狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式與壓力(li)容器(qi)組成一個(ge)供(gong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整體,利(li)用(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質。一般這種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成一個(ge)整體,當常溫下的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中(zhong)以后,利(li)用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件給(gei)其預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態(tai),然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內(nei)部流(liu),進(jin)一步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫,到(dao)達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出(chu)口處已經基(ji)本完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備形(xing)成一個(ge)循(xun)環的(de)(de)(de)整體,源源不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器應用范圍(wei):
熔鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器廣泛應用(yong)于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱(re)、火電調(diao)峰、化(hua)肥(fei)、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫加(jia)熱(re)生產工藝。
■熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器控制系統概述:
1、有常規(gui)的(de)電氣(qi)保護,如流量和(he)短路保護等。
2、有(you)一(yi)(yi)套(tao)獨(du)立于溫(wen)度控(kong)制的超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警系統,當電加熱器(qi)內部溫(wen)度超(chao)過計(ji)定值時,它將不可自動復位地關閉電加熱器(qi),并(bing)輸(shu)出一(yi)(yi)個觸點信(xin)號。
3、有一套獨立的低液位(wei)報警(jing),當液位(wei)低于(yu)要(yao)求值時,它(ta)將自動關閉電加熱器,并輸出一個(ge)信號(hao)。
4、提供數個聯鎖(suo)接(jie)口,以便和其(qi)它設備如泵、流(liu)量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖(suo),確保(bao)加熱器加熱時有一定流(liu)量(liang)的(de)介質(zhi)在流(liu)動,保(bao)證系統(tong)的(de)安全。
5、控制可(ke)以向DCS系統提供加熱系統處于運(yun)行、停(ting)止、超溫(wen)(wen)報警、液位信號(hao)(hao)(低液位報警)、互鎖(suo)狀態、溫(wen)(wen)度(du)信號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao)(hao),除溫(wen)(wen)度(du)信號(hao)(hao)外(wai),它們均(jun)為(wei)無源觸點;可(ke)以接受(shou)DCS發出的啟動(dong)、停(ting)止操作(zuo)命令,要求的觸點容量亦(yi)為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度(du)(du)調節功能,加(jia)(jia)熱系統(tong)(tong)可以通過程序設(she)置(zhi)介質的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)溫曲線,并能在流(liu)量不足或停(ting)止加(jia)(jia)熱后,根據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)(kong)制泵,本控(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)采用(yong)多級(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制技術,即把加(jia)(jia)熱器分(fen)成幾組(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)也就是(shi)很(hen)大的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)組(zu)可以無級(ji)調壓(ya),根據出口溫度(du)(du),經運算(suan)后,控(kong)(kong)(kong)制系統(tong)(tong)自動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制加(jia)(jia)熱器每組(zu)的(de)(de)(de)通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱器的(de)(de)(de)輸出功率,達到無級(ji)調功。這樣,能很(hen)有效地達到提高控(kong)(kong)(kong)溫精度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
