熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)(qi)是(shi)一(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱設(she)備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質的(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)(qi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)熱元件(jian)結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)形式與(yu)(yu)壓力容(rong)器(qi)(qi)組(zu)成一(yi)個供熱整(zheng)體,利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)(wei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱介質。一(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱方(fang)式與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組(zu)成一(yi)個整(zheng)體,當常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱元件(jian)給(gei)其預熱,使之(zhi)變為(wei)(wei)液態(tai),然(ran)后通(tong)過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽(chou)取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)(qi)內(nei)部流,進一(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)(qi)出口處(chu)已經基本完成加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與(yu)(yu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱設(she)備形成一(yi)個循環的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱,從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)器應(ying)用范(fan)圍:
熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加熱器廣泛應用于儲能(neng)、儲熱、火(huo)電(dian)調峰、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器(qi)控制系統概述:
1、有常(chang)規的(de)電氣保護,如流量(liang)和(he)短路保護等(deng)。
2、有一套獨(du)立(li)于溫(wen)(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)的超溫(wen)(wen)報警(jing)系統,當電(dian)加熱(re)器內部(bu)溫(wen)(wen)度超過計定值時,它將不可自動復位(wei)地關閉電(dian)加熱(re)器,并輸出一個觸點(dian)信號。
3、有一套獨立的低液位(wei)報警,當(dang)液位(wei)低于要求值時,它將(jiang)自動關(guan)閉電加熱器(qi),并(bing)輸(shu)出一個信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖接口,以(yi)便(bian)和其它設備如泵、流(liu)量(liang)(壓力(li))開關(guan)等(deng)裝置聯鎖,確保(bao)加熱器加熱時(shi)有(you)一定流(liu)量(liang)的介質在(zai)流(liu)動,保(bao)證系統(tong)的安全。
5、控(kong)制可(ke)以向(xiang)DCS系(xi)統提(ti)供加熱系(xi)統處(chu)于(yu)運行、停止、超溫(wen)報警、液(ye)(ye)位(wei)信(xin)號(hao)(低液(ye)(ye)位(wei)報警)、互鎖狀態(tai)、溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除(chu)溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)號(hao)外,它們(men)均為(wei)無源觸點;可(ke)以接受DCS發出(chu)的啟動、停止操(cao)作命令,要求的觸點容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫(wen)度(du)調(diao)(diao)節功(gong)能(neng),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統可以(yi)(yi)通過程(cheng)序設置(zhi)介質(zhi)的(de)(de)升(sheng)溫(wen)曲線,并能(neng)在流量(liang)不足或停止加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)后,根據工藝要求(qiu)控制(zhi)(zhi)泵,本(ben)控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統采用多級(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)技術(shu),即把(ba)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)分成幾(ji)組(zu)(zu)(zu),其中(zhong)一組(zu)(zu)(zu)也就(jiu)是很大(da)的(de)(de)一組(zu)(zu)(zu)可以(yi)(yi)無級(ji)調(diao)(diao)壓,根據出口溫(wen)度(du),經(jing)運算后,控制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統自(zi)動控制(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)每組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)通斷和另一組(zu)(zu)(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出功(gong)率,達到無級(ji)調(diao)(diao)功(gong)。這樣(yang),能(neng)很有(you)效地達到提高控溫(wen)精度(du)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
