■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)種電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用于對(dui)流動的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)態、氣態介質的(de)(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器利用特殊管狀電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)形式與壓(ya)力容器組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti)(ti),利用加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般(ban)這種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個整體(ti)(ti),當常溫下的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后(hou),利用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件給(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使之(zhi)變(bian)為(wei)液(ye)態,然(ran)后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內部流,進(jin)一(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處已(yi)經基本完成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與用戶的(de)(de)(de)用熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形成(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個循環的(de)(de)(de)整體(ti)(ti),源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿(man)足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔(rong)鹽電加(jia)熱器應用(yong)范圍:
熔鹽電加(jia)熱器(qi)廣(guang)泛應用于(yu)儲能、儲熱、火電調峰、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等(deng)高溫(wen)加(jia)熱生(sheng)產(chan)工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器控制(zhi)系統概述:
1、有常(chang)規的電氣保(bao)護,如流量和短路保(bao)護等(deng)。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫(wen)度(du)控制(zhi)的(de)超(chao)溫(wen)報警系統,當電加(jia)熱(re)(re)器內(nei)部溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過計定值(zhi)時,它將不可自動復位地關閉電加(jia)熱(re)(re)器,并輸出一(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一套(tao)獨立的(de)低液位報警,當液位低于要求值時,它將自(zi)動(dong)關(guan)閉(bi)電加(jia)熱器,并(bing)輸出一個信號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接口,以(yi)便和其它設備如泵、流(liu)量(壓力)開關(guan)等裝置(zhi)聯(lian)鎖,確保加熱(re)器加熱(re)時有一定流(liu)量的(de)(de)介(jie)質在流(liu)動,保證系(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)安全。
5、控制可以(yi)向DCS系(xi)(xi)統(tong)提供加熱系(xi)(xi)統(tong)處于運行、停(ting)止(zhi)、超(chao)溫(wen)報警(jing)、液位(wei)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(低液位(wei)報警(jing))、互(hu)鎖狀(zhuang)態、溫(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao)(hao),除溫(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)(hao)外,它們(men)均為無源觸點;可以(yi)接受DCS發(fa)出的啟動、停(ting)止(zhi)操(cao)作命令(ling),要求的觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具(ju)有PID溫(wen)度調節功(gong)能(neng),加熱(re)系(xi)統可以通過(guo)程序設置介質的升溫(wen)曲(qu)線(xian),并能(neng)在流量不足或停止加熱(re)后,根據工藝要求控(kong)制泵(beng),本控(kong)制系(xi)統采用多級(ji)(ji)控(kong)制技(ji)術,即把加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)分(fen)成幾組,其中一(yi)(yi)組也就是很(hen)大(da)的一(yi)(yi)組可以無級(ji)(ji)調壓,根據出口溫(wen)度,經運算后,控(kong)制系(xi)統自動控(kong)制加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)每組的通斷(duan)和另一(yi)(yi)組加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的輸出功(gong)率,達到無級(ji)(ji)調功(gong)。這(zhe)樣,能(neng)很(hen)有效地達到提高控(kong)溫(wen)精度的目的。
