■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)(yi)種電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)(yong)于對流動(dong)的(de)液態、氣(qi)態介質的(de)升溫(wen)、保(bao)溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)利用(yong)(yong)特(te)殊管狀電熱(re)(re)元件結合法蘭集束(shu)的(de)形式與(yu)(yu)壓力容(rong)器(qi)組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個供熱(re)(re)整體,利用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)二(er)元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或(huo)三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)般(ban)這種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方式與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個整體,當(dang)常溫(wen)下的(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)中以后,利用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)內的(de)少量(liang)電熱(re)(re)元件給其預(yu)熱(re)(re),使之變為液態,然(ran)后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內部流,進一(yi)(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)出口處(chu)已經基(ji)本(ben)完成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并與(yu)(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)設(she)備形成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個循環的(de)整體,源源不斷的(de)給其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)要求。
■熔鹽(yan)電加熱(re)器應用范圍:
熔鹽電加(jia)熱器廣(guang)泛(fan)應用(yong)于儲能、儲熱、火(huo)電調峰、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫(wen)加(jia)熱生產工(gong)藝(yi)。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器控制系統概述:
1、有(you)常規的電氣保護(hu),如流(liu)量和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)(wen)度控制的超溫(wen)(wen)報(bao)警(jing)系統,當電加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)內部(bu)溫(wen)(wen)度超過計定值時,它將(jiang)不可自(zi)動(dong)復(fu)位地關閉(bi)電加熱(re)器(qi)(qi),并輸(shu)出一個觸(chu)點(dian)信號。
3、有(you)一套獨(du)立的低(di)液(ye)位(wei)報警,當液(ye)位(wei)低(di)于要求值時,它將自動關閉(bi)電加熱器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提(ti)供數個聯(lian)鎖(suo)接口,以(yi)便和其它設(she)備如泵、流(liu)量(壓力(li))開關等裝置聯(lian)鎖(suo),確(que)保加熱(re)器加熱(re)時(shi)有一定流(liu)量的(de)(de)介質在流(liu)動(dong),保證系統的(de)(de)安全。
5、控(kong)制可以向DCS系統提供加熱系統處于運行、停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)、超溫報警、液(ye)位信(xin)(xin)號(低液(ye)位報警)、互(hu)鎖狀態、溫度(du)信(xin)(xin)號(4~20mA)等信(xin)(xin)號,除溫度(du)信(xin)(xin)號外,它們均為(wei)無源觸點;可以接(jie)受DCS發出的啟(qi)動(dong)、停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)操作命令(ling),要(yao)求的觸點容(rong)量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)(wen)度(du)調(diao)節功(gong)能(neng),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系統可以通(tong)過(guo)程序設置(zhi)介質的(de)升溫(wen)(wen)曲線(xian),并能(neng)在流量不足或停止加(jia)(jia)熱(re)后,根據(ju)(ju)工藝要求控(kong)制泵,本控(kong)制系統采用多級(ji)控(kong)制技(ji)術,即把(ba)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)分成幾(ji)組(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)也(ye)就是很大的(de)一(yi)組(zu)可以無級(ji)調(diao)壓(ya),根據(ju)(ju)出(chu)口(kou)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),經運算后,控(kong)制系統自(zi)動控(kong)制加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)每(mei)組(zu)的(de)通(tong)斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)輸出(chu)功(gong)率,達到無級(ji)調(diao)功(gong)。這樣,能(neng)很有效地達到提高控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
