■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器是一(yi)種電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)設備,用于對流動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)介質的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器利用特殊管狀電熱(re)元(yuan)件結合法(fa)蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)(shi)與壓(ya)力容器組成一(yi)個供(gong)熱(re)整體,利用加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)介質。一(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)方式(shi)(shi)與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐組成一(yi)個整體,當(dang)常溫下的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐中以后(hou),利用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐內的(de)(de)(de)少(shao)量電熱(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)其預熱(re),使(shi)之變為液態(tai),然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器內部流,進一(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)增溫,到(dao)達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器出口(kou)處已(yi)經(jing)基(ji)本完(wan)成加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與用戶的(de)(de)(de)用熱(re)設備形成一(yi)個循(xun)環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)整體,源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re),從(cong)而(er)滿足(zu)工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器應用(yong)范圍(wei):
熔鹽電加熱器(qi)廣泛應用于儲能、儲熱、火電調峰、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高(gao)溫(wen)加熱生產工藝(yi)。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱器控制系(xi)統概述:
1、有常規的電氣保護(hu),如流量和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫(wen)度控(kong)制(zhi)的(de)超(chao)(chao)溫(wen)報警(jing)系統,當電加(jia)熱器(qi)內部溫(wen)度超(chao)(chao)過計定值時,它將不可自動復位(wei)地關閉電加(jia)熱器(qi),并(bing)輸出一(yi)個(ge)觸點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的(de)低(di)液(ye)位報警,當液(ye)位低(di)于(yu)要求(qiu)值時,它將自動關閉(bi)電加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個信號。
4、提供(gong)數個聯鎖接口,以便和其它設備如泵、流量(壓力)開(kai)關等裝置聯鎖,確保加熱器(qi)加熱時有一(yi)定流量的介質(zhi)在流動,保證系統的安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系(xi)統提供(gong)加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統處于運行、停(ting)止(zhi)、超溫(wen)報警、液位信號(hao)(低液位報警)、互鎖狀(zhuang)態、溫(wen)度(du)信號(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao),除溫(wen)度(du)信號(hao)外(wai),它們(men)均(jun)為無源觸點(dian);可以接受DCS發(fa)出的啟動、停(ting)止(zhi)操(cao)作命令,要(yao)求的觸點(dian)容量亦(yi)為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)調節功能(neng)(neng)(neng),加熱(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)可以(yi)(yi)通過(guo)程序設置(zhi)介質的(de)升(sheng)溫(wen)曲線,并能(neng)(neng)(neng)在流量不足或(huo)停止加熱(re)后,根據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵,本控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)采用多級(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加熱(re)器分成幾(ji)組(zu)(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)(zu)也(ye)就(jiu)是很大的(de)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)可以(yi)(yi)無(wu)級(ji)調壓,根據出(chu)(chu)口(kou)溫(wen)度(du),經(jing)運算后,控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)自動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加熱(re)器每組(zu)(zu)的(de)通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)(zu)加熱(re)器的(de)輸出(chu)(chu)功率,達到(dao)無(wu)級(ji)調功。這樣,能(neng)(neng)(neng)很有效地達到(dao)提高(gao)控(kong)(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
