■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)于(yu)對流(liu)動(dong)的(de)(de)液態、氣態介(jie)質(zhi)的(de)(de)升(sheng)溫、保溫、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器利用(yong)特殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法蘭集(ji)束的(de)(de)形式與壓力容器組成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利用(yong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質(zhi)。一(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐組成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)整(zheng)體,當常溫下的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐中以(yi)后,利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)少(shao)量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器內部(bu)流(liu),進一(yi)(yi)步給(gei)(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口(kou)處已經基本完成加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并(bing)與用(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)循(xun)環的(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源源不斷的(de)(de)給(gei)(gei)其(qi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從(cong)而(er)滿(man)足工藝的(de)(de)要求。
■熔(rong)鹽電(dian)加熱(re)器應(ying)用范圍:
熔鹽電加熱(re)(re)(re)器廣(guang)泛應用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)、火電調峰、化(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫加熱(re)(re)(re)生產工(gong)藝。
■熔鹽(yan)電加熱(re)器控制(zhi)系統概(gai)述:
1、有常規(gui)的(de)電氣保(bao)護,如流量和短路保(bao)護等。
2、有(you)一套(tao)獨立于溫度控(kong)制的超(chao)溫報(bao)警系(xi)統,當電(dian)(dian)加熱器內部溫度超(chao)過計定(ding)值時,它將不可自(zi)動復(fu)位地(di)關閉電(dian)(dian)加熱器,并輸(shu)出一個(ge)觸點信號。
3、有一套獨(du)立的低液位報警,當液位低于要求值時,它將自(zi)動關閉電加熱器,并輸出(chu)一個信號(hao)。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接(jie)口(kou),以(yi)便和其它設備如泵、流(liu)量(壓力(li))開(kai)關等裝置聯(lian)鎖,確(que)保加熱器加熱時(shi)有一定流(liu)量的介質在流(liu)動,保證系(xi)統的安全(quan)。
5、控制可以向DCS系統(tong)提(ti)供加熱系統(tong)處(chu)于運行、停止、超溫報警、液(ye)位(wei)信(xin)號(hao)(低液(ye)位(wei)報警)、互鎖(suo)狀態、溫度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除(chu)溫度信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為(wei)無源觸點(dian);可以接受(shou)DCS發出的(de)啟(qi)動、停止操作(zuo)命令,要(yao)求的(de)觸點(dian)容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度調節功(gong)能(neng),加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系統(tong)(tong)可以通過程序(xu)設(she)置(zhi)介質的(de)升溫曲線,并能(neng)在(zai)流(liu)量不足或停止加(jia)(jia)熱(re)后(hou)(hou),根(gen)據工藝要(yao)求控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)采用多級控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術(shu),即把加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)分成幾組(zu),其中一組(zu)也就是很(hen)大的(de)一組(zu)可以無(wu)級調壓,根(gen)據出口溫度,經(jing)運算(suan)后(hou)(hou),控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系統(tong)(tong)自動控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)每(mei)組(zu)的(de)通斷和(he)另一組(zu)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)的(de)輸出功(gong)率,達到(dao)無(wu)級調功(gong)。這樣,能(neng)很(hen)有效地達到(dao)提高控(kong)(kong)(kong)溫精度的(de)目的(de)。
