■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)種(zhong)(zhong)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣(qi)態(tai)介質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器利用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)結合(he)法蘭集(ji)束(shu)的(de)(de)形(xing)式與壓(ya)力容器組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti),利用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般這種(zhong)(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)整(zheng)體(ti),當(dang)常(chang)溫(wen)下的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以(yi)后(hou),利用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)給(gei)其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態(tai),然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器內部流,進一(yi)步(bu)給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處已(yi)經基(ji)本完成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)(de)整(zheng)體(ti),源源不(bu)斷的(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝(yi)的(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽電加熱(re)器廣(guang)泛應用于儲能、儲熱(re)、火電調(diao)峰、化(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫加熱(re)生產(chan)工藝。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器控制系(xi)統概述(shu):
1、有常規(gui)的電氣保(bao)護(hu),如流量和短路保(bao)護(hu)等。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)度(du)控制的(de)超溫(wen)報(bao)警系統,當電加熱器內部(bu)溫(wen)度(du)超過計定值時,它將(jiang)不可自動復位(wei)地關閉電加熱器,并輸出一個觸點(dian)信(xin)號。
3、有一套獨立的低液位報警,當液位低于要求值(zhi)時(shi),它(ta)將自動關閉電加熱器,并(bing)輸出(chu)一個信號。
4、提(ti)供數個聯鎖接(jie)口,以便和其它設備如泵、流量(壓力)開關等裝置聯鎖,確保(bao)加(jia)熱(re)器加(jia)熱(re)時有一定流量的(de)介(jie)質在(zai)流動,保(bao)證系統的(de)安(an)全。
5、控制(zhi)可以向(xiang)DCS系(xi)統提供(gong)加熱系(xi)統處于運行(xing)、停止、超溫(wen)報(bao)警(jing)、液位信(xin)號(hao)(低液位報(bao)警(jing))、互鎖狀態(tai)、溫(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除溫(wen)度信(xin)號(hao)外,它們均為無源(yuan)觸點;可以接受DCS發(fa)出的(de)啟動、停止操作命令,要求(qiu)的(de)觸點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度(du)調節功(gong)能(neng),加(jia)熱系(xi)統可以(yi)通過(guo)程序設置介(jie)質的(de)升溫曲線,并(bing)能(neng)在流量(liang)不足或停止加(jia)熱后,根(gen)據工(gong)藝要求(qiu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)泵,本控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統采用(yong)多級(ji)(ji)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加(jia)熱器(qi)分成幾組,其中(zhong)一(yi)組也就是很(hen)大的(de)一(yi)組可以(yi)無(wu)級(ji)(ji)調壓,根(gen)據出口溫度(du),經運算后,控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統自動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)熱器(qi)每組的(de)通斷和另一(yi)組加(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)輸出功(gong)率(lv),達(da)到(dao)無(wu)級(ji)(ji)調功(gong)。這樣,能(neng)很(hen)有效地達(da)到(dao)提(ti)高控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)溫精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
