熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流(liu)動的(de)(de)(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利用(yong)(yong)(yong)特(te)殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)壓力(li)容器(qi)(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整體(ti),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)或三(san)元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般(ban)這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式(shi)(shi)與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)整體(ti),當(dang)常溫(wen)(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐中以后,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件給其(qi)預熱(re)(re)(re),使之(zhi)變為液態(tai),然后通過(guo)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內(nei)部流(liu),進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)增溫(wen)(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口處已經基本(ben)完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),并與(yu)(yu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)(de)(de)(de)整體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)給其(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿足(zu)工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。
■熔鹽(yan)電加(jia)熱器應(ying)用范圍:
熔鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器廣(guang)泛應用于儲能、儲熱(re)、火電調峰、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫加(jia)熱(re)生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系(xi)統概(gai)述(shu):
1、有(you)常規的電氣保(bao)護,如流量和短(duan)路保(bao)護等(deng)。
2、有(you)一套(tao)獨(du)立于(yu)溫度控制的超(chao)溫報警(jing)系(xi)統,當電加熱(re)器內(nei)部溫度超(chao)過計定值時,它將不可(ke)自動復(fu)位地關閉(bi)電加熱(re)器,并輸(shu)出一個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低液位(wei)(wei)報警,當液位(wei)(wei)低于要(yao)求值時,它(ta)將自動關閉電(dian)加(jia)熱器,并輸(shu)出一(yi)個信號。
4、提供(gong)數(shu)個(ge)聯鎖(suo)接(jie)口,以便和(he)其它設備如泵、流量(壓力(li))開關等裝置(zhi)聯鎖(suo),確保(bao)加熱器加熱時有一定流量的介質在流動(dong),保(bao)證系統的安全。
5、控制(zhi)可(ke)以向DCS系(xi)統提(ti)供加熱系(xi)統處于運行(xing)、停(ting)止、超(chao)溫(wen)(wen)報警(jing)、液位信號(hao)(低液位報警(jing))、互鎖(suo)狀態、溫(wen)(wen)度(du)信號(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信號(hao),除溫(wen)(wen)度(du)信號(hao)外(wai),它們均為無源觸點(dian);可(ke)以接受(shou)DCS發出的啟(qi)動、停(ting)止操作命令,要求的觸點(dian)容(rong)量(liang)亦(yi)為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫(wen)度(du)調(diao)(diao)節功(gong)(gong)能(neng),加熱系(xi)統(tong)可以(yi)通(tong)過程序設置介質(zhi)的(de)升溫(wen)曲線(xian),并能(neng)在流(liu)量不足或停止加熱后(hou),根據工藝要求控制泵,本控制系(xi)統(tong)采用多級控制技術(shu),即把加熱器分成幾組(zu),其(qi)中一(yi)組(zu)也(ye)就是很(hen)大的(de)一(yi)組(zu)可以(yi)無(wu)級調(diao)(diao)壓,根據出(chu)口溫(wen)度(du),經運算后(hou),控制系(xi)統(tong)自動控制加熱器每(mei)組(zu)的(de)通(tong)斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加熱器的(de)輸出(chu)功(gong)(gong)率,達(da)到無(wu)級調(diao)(diao)功(gong)(gong)。這樣,能(neng)很(hen)有(you)效(xiao)地達(da)到提高控溫(wen)精(jing)度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
