熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是一(yi)(yi)種電加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用于對(dui)流(liu)動的(de)液態、氣態介質(zhi)的(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利用特殊管狀(zhuang)電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)結合法蘭集(ji)束(shu)的(de)形(xing)(xing)式與壓力容(rong)器(qi)組(zu)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti),利用加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組(zu)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)整(zheng)體(ti),當常溫下的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以后,利用熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)少量電熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)給其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之(zhi)變為液態,然后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽(chou)取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部流(liu),進一(yi)(yi)步(bu)給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到(dao)達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出口處已經基(ji)本完成加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并(bing)與用戶的(de)用熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形(xing)(xing)成一(yi)(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)整(zheng)體(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)給其加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從(cong)而滿(man)足(zu)工藝(yi)的(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器(qi)應用范(fan)圍:
熔鹽電加熱器廣泛應用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電調峰、化(hua)肥(fei)、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高(gao)溫加熱生產工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器控制系統概(gai)述:
1、有常(chang)規的電氣保護,如流量和(he)短(duan)路保護等。
2、有一套獨(du)立于溫(wen)度(du)控制的(de)超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警系統,當(dang)電加(jia)熱器內部溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過計定值時,它將(jiang)不可自(zi)動復(fu)位地關閉(bi)電加(jia)熱器,并(bing)輸出(chu)一個觸點(dian)信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低液位報警(jing),當液位低于要(yao)求值時,它將自(zi)動關(guan)閉電(dian)加熱(re)器,并(bing)輸出一(yi)個信號。
4、提供數個(ge)聯鎖(suo)接口,以(yi)便和其它(ta)設備(bei)如泵、流(liu)量(liang)(壓力)開關(guan)等裝置聯鎖(suo),確保加熱器加熱時(shi)有一(yi)定流(liu)量(liang)的(de)介(jie)質在流(liu)動,保證系統(tong)的(de)安全(quan)。
5、控(kong)制可以向DCS系統(tong)提供加(jia)熱系統(tong)處于運(yun)行、停(ting)(ting)止、超溫報(bao)警(jing)、液(ye)位信號(低液(ye)位報(bao)警(jing))、互鎖(suo)狀態、溫度(du)(du)信號(4~20mA)等(deng)信號,除(chu)溫度(du)(du)信號外,它們均(jun)為無源觸(chu)點;可以接受DCS發出的(de)啟動、停(ting)(ting)止操作(zuo)命令,要求的(de)觸(chu)點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫(wen)度(du)(du)調(diao)節功(gong)能,加熱(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統可(ke)以通(tong)(tong)過程序設置介(jie)質的(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲線(xian),并(bing)能在流量不足或停止加熱(re)(re)后,根(gen)據工藝要求控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統采用多(duo)級(ji)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)技術,即把加熱(re)(re)器分成幾組(zu)(zu),其中一(yi)組(zu)(zu)也就(jiu)是很大的(de)(de)(de)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)可(ke)以無級(ji)調(diao)壓,根(gen)據出口溫(wen)度(du)(du),經運(yun)算后,控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)加熱(re)(re)器每組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)(tong)斷和另一(yi)組(zu)(zu)加熱(re)(re)器的(de)(de)(de)輸出功(gong)率,達(da)到(dao)無級(ji)調(diao)功(gong)。這樣,能很有(you)效地達(da)到(dao)提高控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度(du)(du)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)。
