■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)是一(yi)(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)加熱(re)設(she)備,用(yong)(yong)于(yu)對流動的(de)(de)(de)(de)液態、氣(qi)態介質的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫、保溫、加熱(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)元件結(jie)合(he)法蘭集(ji)束的(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式與壓力容器(qi)(qi)(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)供熱(re)整體,利(li)用(yong)(yong)加熱(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為(wei)加熱(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)般(ban)這(zhe)種(zhong)加熱(re)方(fang)式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)整體,當常(chang)溫下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)中(zhong)以后(hou),利(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)元件給其預(yu)熱(re),使之變為(wei)液態,然(ran)后(hou)通(tong)過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)內部(bu)流,進一(yi)(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加熱(re)器(qi)(qi)(qi)出(chu)口(kou)處已經基(ji)本完成(cheng)(cheng)加熱(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)設(she)備形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個(ge)(ge)循(xun)環的(de)(de)(de)(de)整體,源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)給其加熱(re),從而(er)滿足(zu)工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器應用范圍:
熔鹽電加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器廣(guang)泛應(ying)用于儲(chu)能(neng)、儲(chu)熱(re)(re)(re)、火電調峰、化(hua)(hua)肥(fei)、三(san)聚氫胺、氧化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)等高(gao)溫(wen)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)生產工藝。
■熔(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加熱器控制系統(tong)概述:
1、有常(chang)規的(de)電氣保(bao)護,如流量和短路保(bao)護等(deng)。
2、有一套獨立于溫度控(kong)制的超(chao)溫報警系統(tong),當電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱器內部溫度超(chao)過計定值時(shi),它將不可自動復位地關閉電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱器,并(bing)輸出一個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一套獨立(li)的低(di)液位報警,當液位低(di)于要求值時,它將自(zi)動關閉電加熱(re)器(qi),并(bing)輸(shu)出一個(ge)信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖接口,以便和其它設(she)備如(ru)泵、流(liu)量(壓力)開關等(deng)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)聯鎖,確保加(jia)熱(re)器加(jia)熱(re)時有一定流(liu)量的介(jie)質在流(liu)動,保證系統的安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系統(tong)提(ti)供(gong)加熱系統(tong)處于(yu)運行、停止(zhi)、超(chao)溫(wen)報(bao)警、液(ye)位信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(低液(ye)位報(bao)警)、互(hu)鎖(suo)狀態、溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),除溫(wen)度(du)信(xin)(xin)(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)外,它們均為無源觸(chu)點;可以接受DCS發出的啟動、停止(zhi)操(cao)作命令,要求的觸(chu)點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度調(diao)節功能,加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統可以通過程(cheng)序設置介(jie)質的升溫(wen)曲線,并能在流量(liang)不足或(huo)停止加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)后,根據工藝要求控(kong)制(zhi)泵(beng),本控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統采用(yong)多(duo)級(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)分成幾組(zu),其(qi)中一(yi)組(zu)也就是(shi)很大的一(yi)組(zu)可以無級(ji)調(diao)壓,根據出口溫(wen)度,經運算(suan)后,控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統自(zi)動(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)每組(zu)的通斷和另一(yi)組(zu)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)器(qi)(qi)的輸出功率,達(da)到無級(ji)調(diao)功。這樣,能很有效地(di)達(da)到提高控(kong)溫(wen)精(jing)度的目的。
