熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)是(shi)一(yi)(yi)種電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備(bei),用(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)態、氣態介(jie)質的(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀(zhuang)電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)結(jie)合法蘭集束(shu)的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)與壓力(li)容器(qi)組成一(yi)(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),利(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質。一(yi)(yi)般這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式(shi)與熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組成一(yi)(yi)個整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),當常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入(ru)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以(yi)后,利(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)給(gei)其預熱(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之變(bian)為液(ye)態,然后通過熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)內部流,進一(yi)(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)出(chu)口處已(yi)經(jing)基本(ben)完成加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de),并與用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設備(bei)形成一(yi)(yi)個循環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),源(yuan)源(yuan)不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用(yong)范圍:
熔(rong)鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器廣泛應用于(yu)儲能、儲熱(re)、火(huo)電調峰、化(hua)(hua)肥、三聚(ju)氫胺(an)、氧化(hua)(hua)鋁等高溫加(jia)熱(re)生產(chan)工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器控制系統概(gai)述:
1、有常規的(de)電氣保護,如流量(liang)和短路保護等(deng)。
2、有一套獨(du)立(li)于溫(wen)度控制的超溫(wen)報警系(xi)統,當(dang)電(dian)加(jia)熱器(qi)內部溫(wen)度超過計(ji)定(ding)值時,它將不可自動復(fu)位(wei)地關閉電(dian)加(jia)熱器(qi),并輸出(chu)一個觸點(dian)信號(hao)。
3、有一(yi)(yi)套獨立的低液位(wei)報警,當液位(wei)低于(yu)要求(qiu)值時(shi),它將自(zi)動(dong)關閉電(dian)加熱器,并(bing)輸出一(yi)(yi)個信號。
4、提供(gong)數(shu)個(ge)聯鎖接口,以(yi)便和其它設備如泵、流(liu)量(liang)(壓力)開關(guan)等裝置(zhi)聯鎖,確保加熱器加熱時有一(yi)定流(liu)量(liang)的(de)介(jie)質在流(liu)動(dong),保證系統的(de)安全。
5、控制可(ke)以向DCS系(xi)統(tong)提供(gong)加熱系(xi)統(tong)處于運行(xing)、停(ting)止(zhi)、超溫(wen)(wen)報警、液(ye)位信號(hao)(hao)(低(di)液(ye)位報警)、互(hu)鎖(suo)狀態(tai)、溫(wen)(wen)度(du)信號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao)(hao),除溫(wen)(wen)度(du)信號(hao)(hao)外,它們(men)均為無(wu)源觸點(dian);可(ke)以接受(shou)DCS發出(chu)的啟動、停(ting)止(zhi)操作命令,要求的觸點(dian)容(rong)量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度調(diao)(diao)節功能,加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)統可(ke)以通(tong)過(guo)程序設置介質的(de)(de)升溫曲線,并能在(zai)流量不(bu)足或停(ting)止加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)后,根(gen)據工藝(yi)要求控(kong)制(zhi)泵,本控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統采用多級(ji)(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)技(ji)術(shu),即把加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器分成幾組,其中一組也(ye)就是很大的(de)(de)一組可(ke)以無(wu)級(ji)(ji)調(diao)(diao)壓,根(gen)據出口溫度,經(jing)運算后,控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統自動控(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器每組的(de)(de)通(tong)斷和另一組加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器的(de)(de)輸出功率,達到(dao)無(wu)級(ji)(ji)調(diao)(diao)功。這樣,能很有效(xiao)地(di)達到(dao)提高控(kong)溫精度的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
