■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱器(qi)是一種電(dian)加(jia)熱設備,用(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)熱。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱器(qi)利用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱元(yuan)件結合法(fa)蘭集束的(de)(de)形(xing)式(shi)(shi)與(yu)壓力容器(qi)組成(cheng)一個(ge)(ge)供熱整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),利用(yong)(yong)加(jia)熱二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三(san)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)熱介質。一般(ban)這(zhe)種加(jia)熱方式(shi)(shi)與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成(cheng)一個(ge)(ge)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),當常溫(wen)下(xia)的(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以(yi)后(hou),利用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)少量(liang)電(dian)熱元(yuan)件給其預熱,使之變(bian)為液態(tai),然后(hou)通過(guo)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽(chou)取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱器(qi)內部流,進一步(bu)給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱器(qi)出口(kou)處(chu)已經(jing)基本完成(cheng)加(jia)熱的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de),并與(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱設備形(xing)成(cheng)一個(ge)(ge)循環的(de)(de)整(zheng)體(ti)(ti),源源不(bu)斷的(de)(de)給其加(jia)熱,從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用范圍:
熔(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加熱(re)器廣(guang)泛應用(yong)于儲能(neng)、儲熱(re)、火電(dian)調(diao)峰(feng)、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫加熱(re)生產工藝(yi)。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器控制(zhi)系(xi)統概述:
1、有(you)常規的電氣保護(hu),如流量(liang)和短路保護(hu)等。
2、有(you)一套獨立于溫(wen)(wen)度(du)控制的超溫(wen)(wen)報警系(xi)統(tong),當電加(jia)熱(re)器內部溫(wen)(wen)度(du)超過計定值時,它將不(bu)可自(zi)動復位地關閉電加(jia)熱(re)器,并輸出一個(ge)觸點信號。
3、有一套獨立的低液位報警(jing),當液位低于要求值時,它將自動關閉電加熱器,并(bing)輸出一個信號。
4、提(ti)供(gong)數(shu)個聯(lian)鎖接(jie)口(kou),以便和(he)其它(ta)設備(bei)如泵、流量(壓力)開關等裝置(zhi)聯(lian)鎖,確保(bao)(bao)加熱器加熱時有一定流量的(de)介(jie)質(zhi)在流動,保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)系統的(de)安全。
5、控制可(ke)以(yi)(yi)向DCS系統(tong)提供加熱系統(tong)處于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫(wen)(wen)報警、液位(wei)信號(hao)(hao)(低液位(wei)報警)、互鎖(suo)狀態、溫(wen)(wen)度信號(hao)(hao)(4~20mA)等(deng)信號(hao)(hao),除溫(wen)(wen)度信號(hao)(hao)外,它們均為無(wu)源觸點;可(ke)以(yi)(yi)接受DCS發出的啟動、停止(zhi)操作命令,要(yao)求的觸點容(rong)量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度調(diao)節功(gong)能,加(jia)熱系統(tong)可以通過(guo)程序(xu)設(she)置介質的(de)升(sheng)溫曲線,并能在流量不足或(huo)停止加(jia)熱后,根據(ju)(ju)工藝(yi)要求控(kong)制泵(beng),本控(kong)制系統(tong)采(cai)用多級(ji)控(kong)制技術,即把加(jia)熱器(qi)分(fen)成幾組,其中一(yi)組也就是(shi)很大的(de)一(yi)組可以無級(ji)調(diao)壓,根據(ju)(ju)出(chu)口溫度,經運算后,控(kong)制系統(tong)自(zi)動控(kong)制加(jia)熱器(qi)每(mei)組的(de)通斷和另一(yi)組加(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)功(gong)率,達(da)到無級(ji)調(diao)功(gong)。這(zhe)樣,能很有效(xiao)地達(da)到提(ti)高控(kong)溫精度的(de)目(mu)的(de)。
