■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一(yi)種(zhong)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)于對流動的(de)液態、氣態介質(zhi)的(de)升溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利(li)用(yong)特殊管狀電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結(jie)合(he)法蘭集束的(de)形式與(yu)壓力(li)容器(qi)(qi)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整體,利(li)用(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一(yi)般這(zhe)種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)整體,當常溫下(xia)的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中(zhong)以后,利(li)用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)少量電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給其預熱(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之變為液態,然(ran)后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部流,進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口處已經基本(ben)完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并與(yu)用(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設備形成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)循環的(de)整體,源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷的(de)給其加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從(cong)而滿足工(gong)藝的(de)要求。
■熔鹽(yan)電加(jia)熱器應(ying)用(yong)范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加熱器廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于(yu)儲能(neng)、儲熱、火電(dian)調峰(feng)、化(hua)(hua)肥、三聚(ju)氫胺、氧(yang)化(hua)(hua)鋁(lv)等高溫加熱生(sheng)產工藝。
■熔鹽電(dian)加熱(re)器控制(zhi)系統概述:
1、有常規的電氣保(bao)護(hu),如流量和(he)短路(lu)保(bao)護(hu)等。
2、有一(yi)(yi)套獨立于溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)控制的(de)超溫(wen)(wen)報警(jing)系統,當電加(jia)熱器內部溫(wen)(wen)度(du)(du)超過計定值(zhi)時,它將(jiang)不可自動(dong)復(fu)位地關閉(bi)電加(jia)熱器,并輸出一(yi)(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一(yi)(yi)套獨立的低(di)液位報警(jing),當液位低(di)于(yu)要(yao)求值時,它將自動關閉電加(jia)熱器,并輸出一(yi)(yi)個信號。
4、提供數個聯鎖接(jie)口,以便(bian)和其它設備如泵、流(liu)量(壓力)開關等裝置(zhi)聯鎖,確保加熱器加熱時有一定流(liu)量的(de)介質在流(liu)動,保證系(xi)統的(de)安全。
5、控制(zhi)可以(yi)向DCS系統提供加熱系統處(chu)于運行、停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)、超溫報警、液(ye)位(wei)信號(hao)(低液(ye)位(wei)報警)、互鎖狀態、溫度(du)信號(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao),除(chu)溫度(du)信號(hao)外,它們均為無源(yuan)觸(chu)點;可以(yi)接受(shou)DCS發出的啟動、停(ting)(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)操作命令(ling),要(yao)求的觸(chu)點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫度(du)調節功(gong)能(neng),加熱(re)(re)(re)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)可以通過程序設置(zhi)介質的升溫曲線,并能(neng)在流量不(bu)足或停止加熱(re)(re)(re)后,根據工(gong)藝要求控(kong)制泵,本控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)采(cai)用(yong)多級(ji)控(kong)制技(ji)術,即把加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)分成(cheng)幾組(zu),其中(zhong)一(yi)(yi)組(zu)也就是很(hen)大的一(yi)(yi)組(zu)可以無級(ji)調壓,根據出口(kou)溫度(du),經運算(suan)后,控(kong)制系(xi)(xi)統(tong)自(zi)動控(kong)制加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)每組(zu)的通斷(duan)和(he)另一(yi)(yi)組(zu)加熱(re)(re)(re)器(qi)的輸出功(gong)率,達(da)到(dao)無級(ji)調功(gong)。這樣,能(neng)很(hen)有(you)效(xiao)地(di)達(da)到(dao)提(ti)高控(kong)溫精度(du)的目的。
