熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)(de)(de)液(ye)態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)(de)形式與(yu)壓力(li)容(rong)器(qi)(qi)組成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整體(ti)(ti),利用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)般這(zhe)種加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)組成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)整體(ti)(ti),當常(chang)溫(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)中以后(hou)(hou),利用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之變(bian)為液(ye)態(tai),然(ran)后(hou)(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部(bu)流,進一(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口處已經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de)(de),并與(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備形成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)循環的(de)(de)(de)(de)整體(ti)(ti),源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求(qiu)。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電(dian)調峰、化肥、三(san)聚氫(qing)胺、氧化鋁(lv)等高溫加(jia)熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統概(gai)述(shu):
1、有常(chang)規的電(dian)氣保護,如流量和短路保護等。
2、有一套獨立(li)于溫(wen)度(du)控制的超溫(wen)報警(jing)系統(tong),當電加(jia)熱(re)器內部溫(wen)度(du)超過計定值時(shi),它將不可自動復位地關閉(bi)電加(jia)熱(re)器,并輸出一個觸點信號。
3、有一(yi)套獨立的低(di)液(ye)位(wei)報警(jing),當液(ye)位(wei)低(di)于要求(qiu)值時,它(ta)將自動(dong)關閉(bi)電加熱器,并輸出一(yi)個信號(hao)。
4、提(ti)供數個(ge)聯鎖(suo)接口,以便和其它(ta)設備如泵、流量(liang)(壓力)開關等(deng)裝置聯鎖(suo),確保(bao)加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有一定流量(liang)的介質(zhi)在流動,保(bao)證(zheng)系統的安全。
5、控制可以(yi)向DCS系(xi)(xi)統提供加熱(re)系(xi)(xi)統處于運行、停止、超溫(wen)報警(jing)、液位信號(低液位報警(jing))、互鎖狀態(tai)、溫(wen)度(du)信號(4~20mA)等信號,除溫(wen)度(du)信號外,它們均為無源觸(chu)點(dian);可以(yi)接受(shou)DCS發(fa)出(chu)的啟動(dong)、停止操作命令,要求的觸(chu)點(dian)容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)(wen)度(du)調節(jie)功(gong)(gong)能,加(jia)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統可(ke)以(yi)通過程序設置介質的(de)升溫(wen)(wen)曲線,并能在流(liu)量不足或停止(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)后,根據(ju)工藝要求控(kong)制(zhi)泵,本控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統采用多級(ji)控(kong)制(zhi)技術,即把加(jia)熱(re)(re)器分成(cheng)幾組(zu)(zu)(zu),其中(zhong)一組(zu)(zu)(zu)也(ye)就是很(hen)(hen)大的(de)一組(zu)(zu)(zu)可(ke)以(yi)無(wu)級(ji)調壓,根據(ju)出口溫(wen)(wen)度(du),經運(yun)算(suan)后,控(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)統自動控(kong)制(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器每組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)通斷(duan)和另一組(zu)(zu)(zu)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器的(de)輸出功(gong)(gong)率(lv),達(da)到(dao)無(wu)級(ji)調功(gong)(gong)。這樣(yang),能很(hen)(hen)有效地達(da)到(dao)提高控(kong)溫(wen)(wen)精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
