熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一(yi)種(zhong)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)液(ye)態、氣態介(jie)質的(de)升溫(wen)(wen)、保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)結合法蘭集束的(de)形(xing)式與(yu)(yu)壓力容(rong)器(qi)(qi)組成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體,利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)或三(san)元熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)作為(wei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介(jie)質。一(yi)般這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方(fang)式與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐(guan)組成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)整體,當常溫(wen)(wen)下的(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐(guan)中以后,利(li)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)罐(guan)內的(de)少(shao)量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元件(jian)給其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為(wei)液(ye)態,然后通(tong)過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部流,進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)增溫(wen)(wen),到達(da)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出(chu)口處已經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并與(yu)(yu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備形(xing)成(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)循環的(de)整體,源源不斷的(de)給其加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而(er)滿足工藝的(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器應用(yong)范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加熱(re)器廣(guang)泛應用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱(re)、火電(dian)調峰、化肥、三聚氫胺、氧化鋁等高溫加熱(re)生產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制(zhi)系(xi)統概述(shu):
1、有(you)常規的電氣(qi)保(bao)護(hu),如(ru)流(liu)量和(he)短路保(bao)護(hu)等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于溫度(du)控制的超溫報警系統(tong),當電加熱器內部溫度(du)超過(guo)計定值時,它將不可自動復位(wei)地關閉電加熱器,并輸出(chu)一(yi)個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一套獨立的低(di)液位報警,當液位低(di)于要求(qiu)值(zhi)時,它(ta)將自動關(guan)閉電(dian)加熱器(qi),并(bing)輸出一個信(xin)號(hao)。
4、提(ti)供(gong)數個聯鎖(suo)接口,以便(bian)和其它設備(bei)如泵、流(liu)量(壓(ya)力)開關等裝(zhuang)置聯鎖(suo),確(que)保加熱器(qi)加熱時有一定流(liu)量的(de)介質(zhi)在流(liu)動,保證(zheng)系統的(de)安全。
5、控制可以(yi)向DCS系統(tong)提供加熱系統(tong)處于運行、停止(zhi)、超溫報警、液位信號(低液位報警)、互鎖狀態、溫度信號(4~20mA)等信號,除溫度信號外,它們均為(wei)無(wu)源(yuan)觸點;可以(yi)接(jie)受(shou)DCS發出的啟動、停止(zhi)操作命令,要求的觸點容量(liang)亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)調(diao)節功能(neng),加(jia)(jia)熱系(xi)統可以(yi)通過程(cheng)序設置介質的(de)(de)升(sheng)溫(wen)曲(qu)線(xian),并(bing)能(neng)在流(liu)量不(bu)足或停止加(jia)(jia)熱后,根據工藝要(yao)求控制(zhi)泵,本控制(zhi)系(xi)統采用多(duo)級控制(zhi)技術,即把(ba)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)分成幾組,其中(zhong)一組也就是很大的(de)(de)一組可以(yi)無級調(diao)壓,根據出口(kou)溫(wen)度(du),經運算后,控制(zhi)系(xi)統自動(dong)控制(zhi)加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)每組的(de)(de)通斷和另(ling)一組加(jia)(jia)熱器(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出功率(lv),達到無級調(diao)功。這樣,能(neng)很有效(xiao)地(di)達到提高控溫(wen)精(jing)度(du)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
