熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器是(shi)一(yi)(yi)(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)于對流(liu)動的(de)(de)(de)液態、氣態介質的(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器利(li)用(yong)特(te)殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)結合法蘭集束的(de)(de)(de)形式(shi)與(yu)(yu)壓(ya)力容器組成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整體,利(li)用(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)(yi)般這(zhe)種加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式(shi)與(yu)(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)組成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個整體,當常溫(wen)下(xia)的(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)中(zhong)以后,利(li)用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)的(de)(de)(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件(jian)給(gei)其(qi)預(yu)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液態,然(ran)后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)(nei)部流(liu),進一(yi)(yi)(yi)步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處(chu)已經(jing)基本完成加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),并與(yu)(yu)用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設備形成一(yi)(yi)(yi)個循環的(de)(de)(de)整體,源(yuan)源(yuan)不斷(duan)的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足工藝的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求。
■熔鹽電加熱(re)器應(ying)用(yong)范(fan)圍:
熔鹽電加(jia)熱器廣泛應用于(yu)儲(chu)能(neng)、儲(chu)熱、火電調峰(feng)、化肥、三聚氫(qing)胺、氧(yang)化鋁等高(gao)溫(wen)加(jia)熱生產工藝(yi)。
■熔鹽(yan)電加(jia)熱器控(kong)制系(xi)統概述(shu):
1、有常規的電(dian)氣保護,如流(liu)量和短(duan)路保護等。
2、有一套獨(du)立于溫度(du)控(kong)制的超溫報警系統,當電加(jia)熱器內部溫度(du)超過(guo)計定值時,它將不可(ke)自動復(fu)位地關閉電加(jia)熱器,并輸(shu)出一個(ge)觸點(dian)信(xin)號。
3、有一套獨立的低液位(wei)報警(jing),當液位(wei)低于(yu)要(yao)求值時,它將自動關閉電加熱器,并(bing)輸(shu)出一個信(xin)號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖(suo)(suo)接口,以便(bian)和其它設備如泵、流(liu)量(壓(ya)力)開關等裝(zhuang)置聯(lian)鎖(suo)(suo),確保加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時(shi)有(you)一定流(liu)量的(de)介質在流(liu)動,保證系統的(de)安全。
5、控制(zhi)可(ke)以向(xiang)DCS系統提供加熱系統處(chu)于運行、停(ting)止、超溫報警、液位信(xin)號(hao)(低液位報警)、互(hu)鎖狀(zhuang)態、溫度(du)信(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)號(hao),除溫度(du)信(xin)號(hao)外(wai),它(ta)們均為(wei)無(wu)源(yuan)觸(chu)點;可(ke)以接受DCS發(fa)出的啟動、停(ting)止操作命令,要求(qiu)的觸(chu)點容量(liang)亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)(wen)度調(diao)節功能,加熱系統可(ke)以(yi)通過程(cheng)序(xu)設置介(jie)質(zhi)的升溫(wen)(wen)曲線,并(bing)能在流量不足或停止加熱后,根據(ju)工藝(yi)要求(qiu)控(kong)(kong)制泵,本控(kong)(kong)制系統采用多級控(kong)(kong)制技術,即把加熱器分成幾(ji)組(zu),其中一(yi)(yi)組(zu)也就(jiu)是(shi)很大的一(yi)(yi)組(zu)可(ke)以(yi)無級調(diao)壓,根據(ju)出口溫(wen)(wen)度,經運算后,控(kong)(kong)制系統自動控(kong)(kong)制加熱器每組(zu)的通斷(duan)和(he)另一(yi)(yi)組(zu)加熱器的輸(shu)出功率,達到(dao)無級調(diao)功。這樣,能很有效地達到(dao)提高控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)(wen)精度的目的。
