■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)種電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)(yong)于對流動的(de)(de)(de)(de)液態、氣態介質(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)升溫(wen)、保(bao)溫(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器利用(yong)(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)結(jie)合法蘭集(ji)束的(de)(de)(de)(de)形(xing)式與壓力容器組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)整體,利用(yong)(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)二(er)元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作(zuo)為(wei)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)介質(zhi)。一(yi)般(ban)這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)方式與熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)組成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)整體,當(dang)常溫(wen)下的(de)(de)(de)(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)中(zhong)以(yi)后(hou),利用(yong)(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)的(de)(de)(de)(de)少量電熱(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件(jian)給其預熱(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之變為(wei)液態,然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵(beng)抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往(wang)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)部流,進一(yi)步給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)器出口(kou)處已經基本完成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de)(de),并(bing)與用(yong)(yong)(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)(de)用(yong)(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)設備形(xing)成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)個(ge)循(xun)環的(de)(de)(de)(de)整體,源源不斷的(de)(de)(de)(de)給其加(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re),從而滿足(zu)工藝的(de)(de)(de)(de)要求。
■熔鹽電加(jia)熱器應用(yong)范圍:
熔鹽電加(jia)熱(re)器(qi)廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于(yu)儲能、儲熱(re)、火電調峰、化(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等(deng)高溫加(jia)熱(re)生(sheng)產工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系(xi)統(tong)概述:
1、有常規(gui)的電氣保(bao)護,如流量(liang)和短路保(bao)護等。
2、有一(yi)套獨立于(yu)溫度控制的超溫報警(jing)系統,當電(dian)加熱(re)器內部溫度超過計定值時,它將(jiang)不(bu)可自動復位地關(guan)閉電(dian)加熱(re)器,并輸出一(yi)個觸點信號。
3、有一套獨立的(de)低液位(wei)報警,當液位(wei)低于要求值時,它將(jiang)自動關閉電加(jia)熱器,并輸出一個(ge)信號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接口,以便和(he)其它設備如泵、流量(liang)(壓力(li))開(kai)關(guan)等(deng)裝置(zhi)聯(lian)鎖,確保加熱器加熱時有一定(ding)流量(liang)的(de)介質在流動,保證(zheng)系統的(de)安全。
5、控制可(ke)以向(xiang)DCS系(xi)統(tong)提供加熱系(xi)統(tong)處于運行(xing)、停止(zhi)、超溫報警、液位信號(低液位報警)、互鎖狀態、溫度信號(4~20mA)等信號,除溫度信號外,它(ta)們(men)均為(wei)無(wu)源(yuan)觸(chu)點;可(ke)以接受DCS發出的啟動、停止(zhi)操作命令,要求的觸(chu)點容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫(wen)度調(diao)節功(gong)(gong)能,加(jia)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)可以通過(guo)程(cheng)序設置介(jie)質的(de)(de)升溫(wen)曲線,并能在流量(liang)不足(zu)或停止加(jia)熱(re)(re)后,根(gen)據工藝要(yao)求控(kong)(kong)制泵(beng),本控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)采用多級控(kong)(kong)制技術,即(ji)把加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)分成(cheng)幾組,其(qi)中一組也就是(shi)很大(da)的(de)(de)一組可以無(wu)級調(diao)壓(ya),根(gen)據出口(kou)溫(wen)度,經運算后,控(kong)(kong)制系(xi)統(tong)自動控(kong)(kong)制加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)每組的(de)(de)通斷和另一組加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸出功(gong)(gong)率,達到無(wu)級調(diao)功(gong)(gong)。這(zhe)樣,能很有(you)效地達到提高控(kong)(kong)溫(wen)精度的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)。
