熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器是一(yi)(yi)種電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備,用(yong)(yong)于對流(liu)動的液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質的升(sheng)溫(wen)(wen)、保溫(wen)(wen)、加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器利(li)用(yong)(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件結合法蘭集束(shu)的形式與(yu)壓力容器組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)整體,利(li)用(yong)(yong)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一(yi)(yi)般(ban)這種加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)組(zu)成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個整體,當常溫(wen)(wen)下(xia)的硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)倒(dao)入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)中以后(hou),利(li)用(yong)(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)內(nei)(nei)的少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件給其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re),使(shi)之變(bian)為液態(tai),然后(hou)通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取(qu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器內(nei)(nei)部流(liu),進(jin)一(yi)(yi)步(bu)給熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)增溫(wen)(wen),到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)器出口處已經基本完成(cheng)加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)的目的,并與(yu)用(yong)(yong)戶(hu)的用(yong)(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)設備形成(cheng)一(yi)(yi)個循環(huan)的整體,源源不斷的給其加(jia)(jia)(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re),從而(er)滿足(zu)工藝的要求。
■熔(rong)鹽電加熱器應用(yong)范(fan)圍(wei):
熔鹽電(dian)加熱器廣(guang)泛應用于儲(chu)能、儲(chu)熱、火電(dian)調峰、化肥、三(san)聚氫(qing)胺、氧化鋁等高溫(wen)加熱生產工藝。
■熔鹽(yan)電加熱器(qi)控(kong)制系統概述:
1、有(you)常(chang)規的電氣(qi)保(bao)護(hu),如(ru)流量和短路保(bao)護(hu)等。
2、有一套獨立于溫度(du)控制的超(chao)溫報警(jing)系(xi)統,當電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱器內部(bu)溫度(du)超(chao)過計定值時,它將不可自動復位地關閉電(dian)(dian)加(jia)熱器,并輸出(chu)一個觸點信號。
3、有一套獨立的(de)低(di)液位報警,當(dang)液位低(di)于要求值(zhi)時,它將自動關閉電加(jia)熱器,并(bing)輸出(chu)一個信號(hao)。
4、提供數個(ge)聯鎖(suo)接口,以便和其它設備如(ru)泵、流量(liang)(壓力)開(kai)關(guan)等(deng)裝置聯鎖(suo),確保(bao)(bao)加(jia)熱器加(jia)熱時有(you)一定流量(liang)的介質在流動,保(bao)(bao)證(zheng)系統的安全。
5、控(kong)制可以向DCS系統提供加熱系統處于(yu)運行、停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)、超溫報警(jing)、液位(wei)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(低液位(wei)報警(jing))、互鎖狀態、溫度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(4~20mA)等信(xin)(xin)號(hao),除溫度信(xin)(xin)號(hao)外,它們均(jun)為(wei)無(wu)源觸點(dian)(dian);可以接受DCS發(fa)出(chu)的(de)啟動、停(ting)止(zhi)(zhi)操作命令,要求的(de)觸點(dian)(dian)容量亦為(wei)220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫(wen)度(du)調(diao)節功能,加(jia)熱(re)(re)系(xi)統(tong)可以通過程序設置介質的升溫(wen)曲線,并(bing)能在流量不足或停止加(jia)熱(re)(re)后(hou)(hou),根據工藝要求(qiu)控制泵(beng),本控制系(xi)統(tong)采用多級(ji)控制技(ji)術,即把(ba)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)分成幾組(zu),其中(zhong)一組(zu)也(ye)就是很(hen)大的一組(zu)可以無(wu)級(ji)調(diao)壓,根據出口溫(wen)度(du),經運算(suan)后(hou)(hou),控制系(xi)統(tong)自動控制加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)每(mei)組(zu)的通斷(duan)和另一組(zu)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)的輸出功率,達(da)到(dao)無(wu)級(ji)調(diao)功。這樣,能很(hen)有效(xiao)地達(da)到(dao)提高(gao)控溫(wen)精(jing)度(du)的目(mu)的。
