■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器是一種(zhong)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)設備,用(yong)于對流動的(de)液態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)升(sheng)溫、保溫、加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器利用(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合法(fa)蘭(lan)集束的(de)形(xing)式與(yu)壓力容器組(zu)成一個供熱(re)(re)整(zheng)體(ti),利用(yong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)或(huo)三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)介質(zhi)(zhi)。一般(ban)這種(zhong)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)方(fang)式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐組(zu)成一個整(zheng)體(ti),當常溫下的(de)硝鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐中以(yi)后,利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)罐內的(de)少量電(dian)熱(re)(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)其(qi)預熱(re)(re),使之變為液態(tai),然(ran)后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)往加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器內部流,進一步給(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)增(zeng)溫,到(dao)達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)(yan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)器出(chu)口處已經基本(ben)完成加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re)的(de)目的(de),并與(yu)用(yong)戶的(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)設備形(xing)成一個循環(huan)的(de)整(zheng)體(ti),源源不斷(duan)的(de)給(gei)其(qi)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)(re),從(cong)而滿足(zu)工藝的(de)要求。
■熔鹽(yan)電(dian)加熱(re)器應用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加熱器(qi)廣泛應(ying)用于(yu)儲能、儲熱、火電(dian)調峰(feng)、化肥、三聚(ju)氫胺、氧化鋁等(deng)高溫加熱生產工(gong)藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控(kong)制系統概述:
1、有(you)常規的電氣保護(hu),如流量和短路保護(hu)等(deng)。
2、有一套獨立于溫(wen)度控制(zhi)的超(chao)溫(wen)報警系統,當電(dian)加熱(re)器內部溫(wen)度超(chao)過計定值時(shi),它(ta)將不(bu)可自(zi)動復位(wei)地關閉(bi)電(dian)加熱(re)器,并輸出一個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有一套獨立的低(di)液位報警,當液位低(di)于要求值時,它將自動(dong)關閉(bi)電加熱器,并輸出一個信號。
4、提供數個聯(lian)鎖接口,以便和其(qi)它設備如泵、流量(liang)(壓力)開關等裝置聯(lian)鎖,確保(bao)加熱(re)(re)器加熱(re)(re)時(shi)有一(yi)定流量(liang)的(de)介質在流動,保(bao)證系統的(de)安全。
5、控制可以向DCS系統提供加(jia)熱系統處(chu)于運(yun)行、停止(zhi)、超溫報(bao)警、液位信號(hao)(低(di)液位報(bao)警)、互鎖(suo)狀態(tai)、溫度信號(hao)(4~20mA)等信號(hao),除溫度信號(hao)外,它(ta)們均為無源觸(chu)點;可以接受DCS發出的啟動、停止(zhi)操作命令,要求的觸(chu)點容量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有PID溫度調節功能(neng),加(jia)熱(re)系(xi)(xi)統可以(yi)通過程(cheng)序(xu)設(she)置(zhi)介質的升(sheng)溫曲線,并能(neng)在流量不足或停止加(jia)熱(re)后,根(gen)據工藝要(yao)求控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)泵,本(ben)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統采用多級(ji)控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)技術,即把加(jia)熱(re)器分成幾組,其中(zhong)一(yi)組也就是很大的一(yi)組可以(yi)無(wu)級(ji)調壓(ya),根(gen)據出口溫度,經(jing)運算后,控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統自動控制(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)加(jia)熱(re)器每(mei)組的通斷和另一(yi)組加(jia)熱(re)器的輸出功率(lv),達到無(wu)級(ji)調功。這樣,能(neng)很有效地(di)達到提高控溫精度的目的。
