■熔鹽電加熱器:
熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)是一種電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei),用(yong)于對流(liu)(liu)動的(de)(de)(de)液(ye)態(tai)、氣態(tai)介質的(de)(de)(de)升(sheng)溫、保溫、加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)。熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)利用(yong)特殊管狀電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件結合(he)法蘭集(ji)束的(de)(de)(de)形式與(yu)壓(ya)力容器(qi)(qi)組成(cheng)(cheng)一個(ge)供熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)整(zheng)體,利用(yong)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)二元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)或三元(yuan)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)作為加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)介質。一般這種加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)方式與(yu)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)組成(cheng)(cheng)一個(ge)整(zheng)體,當(dang)常溫下的(de)(de)(de)硝(xiao)鹽(yan)(yan)倒入熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)中以后,利用(yong)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)罐(guan)(guan)內的(de)(de)(de)少(shao)量電(dian)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)元(yuan)件給(gei)(gei)其預熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),使之變為液(ye)態(tai),然(ran)后通過熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)泵抽取熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)往加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)內部流(liu)(liu),進一步給(gei)(gei)熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)增溫,到達熔(rong)(rong)(rong)鹽(yan)(yan)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)器(qi)(qi)出口處已經基本完(wan)成(cheng)(cheng)加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)的(de)(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)(de),并與(yu)用(yong)戶的(de)(de)(de)用(yong)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re)設(she)備(bei)形成(cheng)(cheng)一個(ge)循環(huan)的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)體,源源不(bu)斷的(de)(de)(de)給(gei)(gei)其加(jia)熱(re)(re)(re)(re)(re),從而滿足(zu)工藝的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)。
■熔鹽電加熱器應用范圍:
熔鹽電(dian)加(jia)熱器廣泛(fan)應用于(yu)儲(chu)(chu)能、儲(chu)(chu)熱、火電(dian)調峰、化(hua)肥、三聚氫胺、氧化(hua)鋁等高溫加(jia)熱生(sheng)產(chan)工藝。
■熔鹽電加熱器控制系(xi)統概述:
1、有(you)常規的電氣保護,如流量和短路保護等。
2、有(you)一(yi)套獨(du)立于溫(wen)度(du)控制的超(chao)溫(wen)報警系統(tong),當電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi)內部溫(wen)度(du)超(chao)過計定值時,它將不可(ke)自動(dong)復位地關閉電(dian)加(jia)熱(re)(re)器(qi),并輸出(chu)一(yi)個觸(chu)點信號。
3、有(you)一套(tao)獨立的低液位(wei)報(bao)警,當液位(wei)低于要求值(zhi)時,它(ta)將自(zi)動關(guan)閉電加熱器,并(bing)輸出(chu)一個信(xin)號。
4、提(ti)供數個聯鎖接(jie)口,以便(bian)和其它設備如(ru)泵、流(liu)(liu)量(壓力)開關(guan)等裝置聯鎖,確保加(jia)熱器(qi)加(jia)熱時有一定(ding)流(liu)(liu)量的(de)介(jie)質(zhi)在流(liu)(liu)動,保證(zheng)系統的(de)安全(quan)。
5、控(kong)制(zhi)可(ke)以向DCS系(xi)統提供(gong)加熱系(xi)統處(chu)于運行、停(ting)(ting)止、超(chao)溫(wen)報警(jing)、液位(wei)信(xin)號(低液位(wei)報警(jing))、互鎖(suo)狀(zhuang)態、溫(wen)度(du)(du)信(xin)號(4~20mA)等信(xin)號,除溫(wen)度(du)(du)信(xin)號外(wai),它們均為無源觸點(dian);可(ke)以接受DCS發出的啟動(dong)、停(ting)(ting)止操作命令,要求的觸點(dian)容(rong)量亦為220V 1A。
6、具有(you)PID溫(wen)(wen)度(du)調(diao)節功(gong)(gong)能(neng),加熱(re)系統可以通過程序設(she)置介質的(de)升溫(wen)(wen)曲線(xian),并能(neng)在流量不足或停止加熱(re)后(hou),根據工藝(yi)要(yao)求控制(zhi)(zhi)泵(beng),本控制(zhi)(zhi)系統采用多級控制(zhi)(zhi)技術,即把加熱(re)器(qi)分(fen)成幾組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu),其(qi)中一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)也就(jiu)是(shi)很(hen)大的(de)一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)可以無級調(diao)壓,根據出口(kou)溫(wen)(wen)度(du),經(jing)運算(suan)后(hou),控制(zhi)(zhi)系統自動控制(zhi)(zhi)加熱(re)器(qi)每(mei)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)通斷(duan)和(he)另一(yi)組(zu)(zu)(zu)(zu)加熱(re)器(qi)的(de)輸(shu)出功(gong)(gong)率,達(da)到無級調(diao)功(gong)(gong)。這樣(yang),能(neng)很(hen)有(you)效地達(da)到提(ti)高控溫(wen)(wen)精度(du)的(de)目的(de)。
